Great customer service from Debbie today. Extremely polite, helpful and able to quickly provide me with the information I was looking for. Thank you Debbie.

We have had the unfortunate experience of having to put a company into liquidation and I cannot rate highly enough the assistance given by Pure Utilities in setting up a new account efficiently and giving us all the help we needed.

The service I received yesterday was excellent .My problem was dealt with well and the person was extremely kind and sympathetic .

Jenny from Pure Utilities is a very nice & professional customer service person. She helped me regarding my refund. She is very patient, called me twice and tried her best to help me solve the problem. I do appreciate her help and had an excellent experience. Thanks again Jenny for your superb service and you are a STAR.

My issue was passed up to Takeel Riaz, Development Team Manager. Not only did Takeel deal with my issue within 24 hours and to my satisfaction, but it was evident her team member was confident in seeking her advice to solve my problem. Most grateful.

Updated. Received a letter out of the blue threatening debt collectors. They owe me money. Rang and they now confirm that I am getting the refund I am owed. Not impressed with this customers treatment.

Was put through to Debbie in billing and accounts who was an absolute delight to speak to. She helped me with the one account but with all of the accounts I have with Pure. Hopefully get to speak to her next time.

There was an issue with billing that mistakenly led to an overdue charge on my account. I wasn't particularly happy but Debbie was actually brilliant at listening to the issue, getting the charge removed and reassuring me that everything was resolved and my Direct Debit was correctly set up. Very quick at getting my call answered too which is unusual these days.

Jenny was really helpful and has a really nice manner on the phone - she dealt really efficiently with addtional enquiries I had and followed up really quickly ..

I had a problem with receiving invoices, but Debbie quickly resolved the issue in a swift, friendly and controlled manner.

Debbie I spoke to was great and was thorough in explaining my bill and hopefully has sorted and got my account up to date.

Phoned Pure Utilities with a query about my bills. Paul was super to deal with. He took his time to explain thoroughly my most recent bills, so that I understood them correctly and that the relevant refunds had been applied.
If only other companies had people like Paul working for them.
No long waiting times for phone to be answered. Speaking to an assistant who was pleased to be helping the customers.
