Same story here as many others who wrote reviews. I purchased a 3 pack of water filters for my refrigerator. None of them work. The company does not respond to my request for help when contacting them through their website.

No good. Bought great ago and they don’t fit. Eating $64.00. Beware of these kinds of scams. Looked legit to me!

I have the same experience as many others who wrote reviews. I purchased a 3 pack of water filters for my refrigerator. None of them work. The company does not respond to my request for help when contacting them through their website. No phone number is listed. The business address is in a residential neighborhood when looking at it on Google Earth. A phone search on that Mississippi address links it to a phone number in a town in Georgia over 400 miles a way. Don't buy from Purify Mug. I don't know how they have not yet been shut down for illegal business practices.

Shut these folks down. Looks like they have ripped so many people off with counterfeit water filters, including me. How can a company be allowed to be in business when it is so obvious what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Come on better business bureau.

We ordered two Everydrop filters (this is the same brand filter we have bought at Home Depot before with no problem) and neither of them worked. Are they selling some cheap knock-off??? This company conveniently has no phone number to call in a complaint & no address on our print out from the site or the invoice so we have filed a complaint with our credit card. Save yourself some aggravation & DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! We lost $60.00 .Haven't heard back from our credit card company yet - Purifymug had till Nov. 4th to reply & so far NADA.

Did not work they sold me fake water filters. Tried to install for hours. Went to Lowe's and it worked just fine.

We ordered two GE XWFE water filters as directed by our apartment leasing office. Neither of them worked with our specific type of refrigerator. I sent them an email stating that and they refunded my money and I did not have to send them the water filters back. It was still a hassle to order water filters that they probably knew would not work with our refrigerator. This is one of a few problems I have with our apartments anyways but that's another story. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering.

Order 3 GE Waterfilters. I put them on the shelf waiting for my refrigerator to indicate it needed a new filter. Took 6 months. When I tried one of the filters from PurifyMug, it thru an error code. Tried the second one, same result. Called GE and advised they probably weren't OEM Filters, even thou they were marked as OEM. Turns out they were Knockoffs.

Sent requests to PurifyMug with no answer. Contacted Paypal, they said they could not help as it was longer than 30 days. Explained it to PayPal and that was there stance.

No matter how much you save, DO NOT BUY from them. They are knockoffs. and it appears they trade under several names including Genicuzu and waterfilter store.

sent what they advertised as GE filters with proper model number and they did not fit. the top of the filter is different than the proper kind. Otherwise the packaging looks completely legit. company will not answer my email.

Stay away from this company. They are scam artists, commit fraud, and will not answer your complaints. No phone number listed for the company.

Advertise Genuine GE XWFE Water Filters, but shipped cheap non-genuine filters that do not work because they are lacking the "chip".

RPWFE filters to not fit in the GE fridge for which they are supposedly designed. I purchased 3.
Scam product. No reply to my email yet.

Upon finding out my water filters did not have a chip I contacted them and they immediately refunded me.

This company sells counterfeit merchandise. Products unusable. No response from customer service.

Wish I would have researched before I bought! Bought a 3 pack of GE fridge wilters and they don't work. They do not have the chip that tells the fridge it's new. Lesson learned looking dor a good deal! (I never contacted the company or tried to return tbh. Seing these reviews decided to take the loss.)

I wish 0 stars was an option. Filters ordered for my GE refrigerator that don't work. And there is no returning them, contrary to their website. I contacted them regarding a return, during the posted time frame, and received no response. Do yourself a favor and order from official appliance website. It will save you money in the long run

I bought 2 RPWFE Genuined GE Refridgerator Water Filters from this Company. Neither one works. I examined them and compared them to my old one received from another company that does work. The visual reason I see for the ones from Purifymug not working is button at the top is not wide enough and it is too long hence cannot fit properly for use. THIS IS NOT A GENUINED GE FILTER AS STATED ON-LINE AND ON THE BOX AND THE FILTER UNIT ITSELF.

BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE FILTERS FROM PURIFYMUG! THEY DO NOT WORK!

As others have already posted, I received the two GE WXFE filters and neither worked. An email to the purifymug site was responded to within an hour and promised a refund. PayPal should shut down processing to vendors like this!

I bought a three pack of GE water filters from these folks for $64. The filters arrived in a reasonable timeframe, but when I installed them in the fridge they did not work.

I genuinely don’t care whether water filters are counterfeit or not, but these ones didn’t work. I got an error from my fridge saying to change them and that the water dispenser was disabled because of the filter.

When I reported this to their support folks it took them less than two hours to cut me a refund and tell me not to bother sending the filters back.

I don’t know how legit this company is. This doesn’t seem like the behavior of a company trying to offer products and services to folks, it seems more like a scam where they’re hoping some folks don’t complain but just eat the cost.

This is a BOGUS COMPANY...DO NOT PURCHASE GE REFRIGERATOR H2O FILTERS...THEY ARE COUNTERFEIT GE FILTERS & WILL NOT FIT YOUR REFRIGERATOR!!!!!!
THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOUR COMPLAINT!!!

Never received filters this is a scam. But they did charge our account for $68. They are crooks do not buy from them.
