Excellent Customer Service and a Lovely Shop
Excellent service, highly recommend this shop.
The rainbow bowls are lovely and were packaged securely. Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition.
Excellent customer service too. A query arose regarding the delivery address. This was resolved very quickly and by ‘good old fashioned service’ (i.e. I was able to talk with a person on the phone). Many thanks. 😊

Beautiful product with corrected tracking number/procedure
The products are beautiful and well made. They were packaged so that they could survive from the UK to Canada without any chance of damage. The price was right both for the product and I thought the shipping price was fair. I would have given five stars except initially I was not provided with a tracking number once the product left the UK. Upon noting this in my initial review, the company reached out and I was given one and it was accurate and they clarified how the tracking works through Canada Post. This was initially not made clear.

Hi,
Thank you for updating the review. Just some clarification - the tracking link we gave you contained the same tracking number that you should originally have had. You just had to re-enter that number in the Canadian post site. The UK Royal Mail website doesn't automatically fill that detail in when you click through to the Canada post website and you just had to re-enter the number. Possibly you had tried entering the number before the item had been received by the Canada post system. You can check the number you originally received and enter it in Canada Post to see this was the correct number.

I have now received my new item and I am very happy with it. It’s good quality and very reasonably priced. Shame there was a slight glitch with the delivery, but I will definitely be using Purity again.

Sorry you haven't received the item yet and it is running later than we would expect. I'd expect it to be with you early next week.
The item was dispatched last Monday (first working day after you placed your order). The tracking doesn't show as not dispatched but on the Royal Mail website as "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item". Standard Royal Mail shipping isn't a fully tracked service and only updates when they try to deliver the item.
TrustPilot automatically sends out the requests for reviews once it expects an item to be delivered to get the most honest feedback, and isn't something we control.
Hope that explains things.

Poor customer care
Item did not arrive within estimated time frame. I emailed to inform you and ask for assistance. No reply to my email. Item has now arrived but still no response to my email.
I have just received a reply from Purity - and having checked through my sent e-mails and drafts I cannot find the email that I 'remember' writing. I can only conclude that I have misremembered. I certainly intended to send a chaser having checked the Royal Mail checker service. But as I trust in my email log I need to make this a sincerely and official apology to Purity.

Hi, I've checked back through all messages and can't find any message from you. Could you please forward it again, or how did you contact us so I can look further into the issue.
We would never deliberately ignore a customer message and normally reply very promptly.
I'm glad you now have received the item - and sorry it took a little longer than expected. This was down to an issue with Royal Mail, taking longer than expected to deliver parcels sent out on Monday 5th June.
