All good, quality, service and delivery

Gorgeous baja hoodie that's well-made and exactly as described. Delivery was rapid and overall service was great.

Purchsed 2 large mugs and an oil burner as a gift for my sister (she has some ither items from the same range), I ordered late Thursday evening and they arrived Saturday morning. They were very well packaged, the packing person had taken a lot of care. The mugs and burner were beautiful, exactly as decribed and pictured, and my sister was very pleased with them. Many thanks :)

I purchased a dress named Grace by the British brand Nancy Dee online.

Fantastic in everyway! The hardest part ordering from Purity was choosing my items! So much choice I found it difficult to make up my mind. In the end I chose my items, which the website made incredibly easy.

I was kept up to date about my order via emails and I was very surprised to find how much care had gone into the packing of my items that all came together in one box - 1 dinner place, 1 mug & 1 breakfast bowl. They had all be wrapped in blow up bags which when inflated stiffened and made a protective area around the items. Plus there was extra protective inflatable packaging and made the contents snug.

It was brilliant to see. Thank you so much I will be shopping with you again for sure.

I would first like to give top marks and thanks to Polly who from my initial enquiry, which was late on a Saturday afternoon, went out of her way to answer my questions and even sent pictures of the item from stock. Once ordered the item arrived within 2 days and the packaging was first rate. I had not heard of or used this company before but would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Hoodie is great, initially ordered the wrong size but customer service was extremely quick and helpful, and exchange was sent very quickly, the new size is comfy and fits well.
