False advertising
Bought a car seat with next day delivery, got an email following morning saying the price was wrong on the website and offered me “ a price match “ that was more expensive than other websites.
Refund takes 3-5 working days ?? When It wasn’t my fault and I paid immediately for the car seat. I got an apology for the inconvenience, thanks but that means I would never shop on your website or shop again, and I would mention this experience to my friends and relatives to make sure they are aware too

Good customer service
We ordered a learning tower for our granddaughter. Our first order was damaged on delivery. My email regarding this was dealt with promptly and efficiently and we are now very pleased with our purchase.

To clarify the pushchair expert website is currently in handover from one company to another, it is not closing down. I believe from looking at order details that you were outside of your return window when contacting us but if you believe this not to be true then please do email our support team and we will gladly assist you.
Excellent customer service, very responsive
I ordered a buggy online and was kept up to date with dispatch and delivery and it was delivered within days of being ordered. There were some complications which were partly my fault, but Dan in customer service was an absolute star and sorted everything out for me without any trouble. He was extremely responsive and kept me up to date with what was happening - I was really impressed with the customer service he provided.

Really dishonest company
Really dishonest company. They knew my review about how awful they are was true and even though I provided my order number tried to get it taken down. I provided all the evidence that my review was true just how shockingly bad they are.
Don't believe the good reviews. They are awful. Shop elsewhere.
