We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the delivery experience.
However, we would like to clarify one important point regarding the statement that you “didn’t get the order in 2 weeks”.
Your order was placed on Sunday 13 September, processed on Monday 14 September and dispatched on Tuesday 15 September. The review was posted on Monday 21 September, meaning that only 8 calendar days had passed since the order was placed.
At the time of your review, the parcel had been in transit for just 4 working days: Wednesday 16th, Thursday 17th, Friday 18th and Monday 21st. Weekends are not working days.
Our shipping policy clearly states that standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days, with specific delivery information provided for Northern Ireland. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.
We also contacted you during the delivery process and checked the tracking for you. The parcel was redirected to an InPost locker on 18 September, which you confirmed was requested by you.
We are always happy to help our customers with any delivery issue. For this reason, we would kindly encourage customers to read our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy and contact us directly if there is any issue with an order, so that we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve it before leaving a review.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope your order has now arrived safely and that you are happy with the products.
