great game - really enjoyable

We really enjoyed the fact this was an escape room but we could sit on the sofa and do it! We definitely needed to use the clues on occasion but they were helpful to know we were on the right track.

The game i bought was great but there was a problem with questions being repeated so instead of 6 rounds of the 1% Club there were only 4.
However Puzzle Post were very helpful and refunded me and gave me a complimentary game for the inconvenience.

We had an issue with an order and puzzle post were very responsive and offered compensation. I was very impressed with their customer service. Would be happy to order from them again.

Excellent customer service when we had a missing piece.
There's a range of sets we have used both adult and kids (horrid Henry)
We regularly gift these to people who are hard to buy for!

One really good game (about a dog show) and one terrible one that didn’t make any sense (the disappearance).

Very, very imaginative both in conception and materials. Beautiful.

the taskmaster advent calendar was so fun

I have played two games to date, and intend to complete the set, really well presented and gets the old grey cells working!

I have had direct contact with the business for a slight issue with one of the games which was addressed and resolved promptly with kindness and generosity

Great product and service. A piece was missing - found an easy workaround online, and their customer service response was quick and helpful.

I really wish I could give Puzzle Post 5 stars, but I have to knock one off as the Taskmaster Christmas Crackers had three crackers with exactly the same contents. This was less of an issue for the table and after dinner tasks, but ruined the secret task element of it as so many people were doing the same thing, so there was no secrecy involved at all, and it was just too easy to guess everyone's tasks.
However, an email to Tom in customer services resulted in a full refunded AND an extra game by way of apology. Their superb, no-quibble customer service, with such a generous offer, is a cut above the usual and exceeded our expectations on the outcome. Thank you!

The game promised 30 brand new questions, yet I somehow ended up with 7 duplicates. Not exactly the 1% experience I was hoping for!

That said, after a bit of friendly back-and-forth, Tom stepped in and made it right by sending me two complimentary games for free. Great customer service in the end — mistakes happen, but owning them counts 👍

We bought the Taskmaster 2025 Advent calendar. It’s the best Advent calendar we’ve ever had. Our family opened it every night after dinner. We looked forward to each each night.
Some of the Tasks were tricky, some a bit easier. It was so clever. All linked. Looking forward to the 2026 version ☺️

The Taskmaster Advent calendar was absolutely brilliant!
We loved solving all the clues every day and the attention to detail was first class! It was very much in keeping with Taskmaster tasks and some days had us really flumoxed but we always got there in the end. Sometimes I came to work, thinking about the task all day and the things we could try.
It was put together really well and very good quality and I cannot wait for our 2027 one.

I bought the TaskMaster Advent Calendar 2025 from Puzzle Post. It was supposed to arrive mid/late Nov but they contacted me to say it was in a jam with the delivery company (I was unaware) and they were sending a new one out on next day delivery. Great customer service! New one arrived in time for Dec 1st.
My 12yo son and I had such a fun time with the TaskMaster advent calendar. Beautifully made. Fun little tasks/riddles/clues to complete (each one lasting only a couple of minutes each day) in order to find the next day's door. Will be highly recommending it to friends and family, and taking a look at what else Puzzle Post make for next year.

We bought the Taskmaster advent calendar this year. What a fantastic design! So much fun completing the challenges. It was difficult only doing one window a day. Whoever came up with the design needs an award! If there’s a 2026 version we’ll be ordering. Well done on such a brilliant product.

Experienced puzzlers left disappointed .

We have bought these for years and completed many of them. We complete other company versions too (exit for example) so we know what we are looking for.

My disappointment comes in two ways

1- we received an envelope with several clues missing this year and have had no reply from puzzle post despite emailing them proof.

2- In one of the packs we had this time one of the clues was impossible to solve for us as very experienced puzzlers - even after reading the answer their solution just didn't work.

I pre-ordered a Taskmaster advent calendar. My parcel was lost by Royal mail, Puzzle Post customer service were amazing and sent another out so I had it in time for 1st December. The advent calendar was brilliant too, we enjoyed every second of it, we'll worth the money.
