Timing issue, delivery missed, taken to random store then returned to maker. Customer service email ignored, no way to solve issue as the German company handed the responsibility to delivery service, that couldn't get a signature, and therefore, my niece never received her custom puzzle; just ghosted by the idea of a quick UK puzzle.

Outstanding service and exceptional jigsaw puzzles. I have purchased a number over several years. Worth the money everytime. Fast delivery and very well wrapped.

I ordered a puzzle for my dad's birthday, opted for gift box. No where said that the puzzle will come without the picture.
When finally opened and wanted to put it together, the quality of the photo very bad hard to put it together and then about 60 pieces missing and 3 extra from a completely different image. Don't recommend it.

My mother in law bought us a 1000 piece puzzle but some pieces don't fit so unable to finish the puzzle. She has emailed them but has had no answer at all. Very poor customer service

They sent me the wrong puzzle, luckily I checked! Ruined a present and waited ages for delivery not impressed not a UK business even though they pose as one!

I have ordered from puzzle you the last couple of Christmas's and i have to say i have had no issues. From ordering to door delivery it took less than a week, which is pretty impressive as these come from Germany. Good communication, emails sent every step of the way. The puzzles feel expensive but are of good quality and i have been delighted with the results. Just make sure your photos are a good quality. They make great presents and the recipients loved them too. I would highly recommend

My initial order was delivered earlier than expected. Luckily I decided to check the jigsaw as the picture was not the one I uploaded, despite the picture on the box being correct. The company did offer to correct the error and reprint the jigsaw but the next delivery has been lost by the courier (UPS).

Ordered a calendar was sent a normal jigsaw told it was my fault Was ordering a 1000 piece calendar then a 500 piece option popped up on the purchase page so ordered that very confusing website to use . Offered a discount to repurchase which I did was then sent a 1000 piece calendar with no photo reference to complete and was then told it’s a surprise each day . It will be a surprise if you can complete this without anything to go from and it’s cheaply made with paper thin cardboard

The puzzle does not come with a reference printed completed photo - how are people supposed to complete it?

Also, they ship to some EU countries, but not others. I can't understand why. Their customer support is pretty much "hope you understand but no".

I ordered a picture of my nephew for my sister's birthday, in the form of a 500 piece jigsaw. It was delivered on time, safely, and is of very high quality. I felt informed and that I could trust the company throughout the process and I very much endorse their product and business--great stuff!

It was my first time to ever buy from this business. The quality of the puzzle I purchased was beautiful and I loved adding the personalised photos as it was a present for my nephew. Unfortunately, when he was putting the puzzle together he noticed a piece missing (it's likely he misplaced the piece) and when I reached out to PuzzleYou to see if they could help they were so quick to respond to me, very polite and extremely helpful and they sent me what I was missing straight away. A wonderful experience and my nephew loves his new puzzle. I will definitely be buying from this company again. Great quality items and great customer service:-)

I ordered in time for Christmas and both the company and the courier confirmed delivery on 22nd Dec. There was no contact to say there had been a delay but was shocked to see ‘Delay’ on the delivery tracker, not even an estimate of a new delivery date. I complained and have had an acknowledgement of that but no actual reply. On the 23rd UPS offered a new estimate of the 27th. On the 24th, the date had changed to the 28th. Pretty disappointing all round and I won’t be using them again.

I have purchased three custom made puzzles from Puzzle You and not once have I been disappointed with their product.

I also purchased a picture frames for one of the puzzles, and the glass was broken on receipt via UPS. I sent them a photo of the broken frame, and within 30 minutes, they replied to me and arranged a replacement which I received within a few days.

Overall their communication has been spot on, and I do recommend them if you are looking for a personalised gift.

Excellent made ... bought one for my husband with all the children and grandchildren on , 1000 pieces all brilliant colour. Now finished and going to frame it .

I ordered a puzzle for my other for Christmas. There was an edge piece missing. Puzzleyou quickly sent a replacement puzzle so we got the missing edge piece we needed. However I was disappointed to find that this second puzzle also had two additional missing pieces. I shall not be ordering form puzzleyou in the future. A shame because in all other respects the puzzle was of good quality.

My husband ordered a puzzle for me for a Christmas present and absolutely over the moon with it...because of the nature of the subject...our dog standing on a fallen tree amongst woodland proved very challenging to do....it is now waiting to be framed....found the pieces to be strong and fitted well together.

I ordered a 1000piece puzzle for my father one year ago. Once he received and made it there was one piece missing and one piece that didn't match any of the puzzle. He contacted the company and they promised to send a replacement, claiming recently a lot customers were having the same problem. Only this time he said he wait till I visited him, convinced that the problem had been solved. So one year later we completed the puzzle and once again we have pieces that don't match. Two in fact! Two pieces that don't belong and two missing. I strongly recommend a avoiding them. Extremely disappointed. 👎👎👎

Currently waiting for resolution and delivery so will update this review once it arrives, but currently they have offered a fair resolution after calling and expressing my annoyance.

Bought a puzzle as a mother's Day gift. The box looked ok but when the puzzle was completed it was a different family all together! Who has the puzzle of my family and whose photo do I have!

I received a puzzle from my husband for my Christmas. However the puzzle was very damaged. I emailed the company and within an hour I had an apology from the company and was told that they would be sending out a new puzzle. My new one arrived and is in perfect condition. Because of how the company delt with the problem I think they deserve a 5 star review.
