Puzzle never turned up. I assume UPS delivered to the wrong address, because they didn't come anywhere near my house.

The contact page didn't work when I tried to report the problem. I then tried to phone the support number and got cut off almost immediately as it was too busy.

Finally I got a response a day later and their customer support chased up UPS who were unable to locate the package. I was given an immediate refund, but it left me without a valentines present and no idea who received the rather dodgy picture of me and my girlfriend!

We were given a 1000 piece collage puzzle for Christmas by my son. It was a fantastic gift, as the photos produced such happy memories, and the puzzle itself was well made, and challenging.
A really good quality, thoughtful gift

I recently ordered a photo jigsaw from this company and the delivered, printed jigsaw was totally unfit for purpose.
There are several multi photo templates which should be removed from the order process to prevent other customers from making the same mistake.
On contacting Customer Services I was simply told it was my fault.
I would advise all customers to chose other companies with a higher regard for ensuring their product meets customer expectations.

A good quality jigsaw, fits very well in the frame that I bought together with it, looks great.

My puzzle didn't arrive but puzzle you immediately responded to me contacting them and we're quick and very polite with every response email. They were happy to reinburse the cost and I found them very friendly and helpful.

Incomplete product sent.

I ordered the 2000 jigsaw puzzle for my Nan and on completion my Nan noticed a piece was missing. I have tired to contact the company on numerous occasions via email, via their own ‘contact us’ page and via phone. My Nan would like to complete the puzzle which she is very happy with, with regards to quality. But sadly a piece is missing and we are now at a loss as to how to go about obtaining the missing piece.

Please be aware even though this is a UK website with UK contact number the company is not a UK company product is shipped from Germany, This is not made cler durring orering only when you start searching the company and find there addresss, Add Brexit mean misse delivcery and missed surprise. I would avoid and use a true UK company from now on.

We have purchased several of the puzzles and have been very happy with the quality of product and the quick turn around from order to delivery.

This was an extremely easy procedure to get an excellent result - my parents love their Jigsaw!

It was so easy to download photos and create a unique puzzle. Was a gift and the recipient was absolutely delighted.

I have bought a puzzle of my daughter and her boys as a present, I am absolutely delighted with it and I am sure she will be when she receives it. It arrived much quicker that I expected and was well packaged, thank you so much mypotopuzzle.

I ordered a jigsaw with 15 pictures of my grandson. Having enjoyed doing it myself, I packed the pieces of each picture separately. He has been doing it picture by picture during his convalescence from a serious operation.

I was very dissapointed with my latest jigsaw the colours did not reflect the origional picture. I contacted myphotopuzzle who were less than helpful and said I had sent a poor photo which I had taken with an expensive camera in bright daylight. The jigsaw was of my wedding cards so there was a variety of colours but the jigsaw is dull creams and greys and the bright colours looked washed out.

Myphotopuzzle.co.uk is a wonderful site for ordering custom picture puzzles. I have made already 8 orders through them, including family photo puzzles. Even when 2 puzzle pictures came slightly damaged, myphotopuzzle.co.uk gave me a free one as compensation. Very positive and helpful service.

I bought this for my Granddaughter's 4th birthday, she loves puzzles, and was delighted with this one with all her family members on it. She is a whizz at puzzles, so the 48 piece was quite easy for her to complete, next time I'll get her a larger one

Couldn't fault the product or the service. Both top notch.

The picture I sent has been cut around the edges and some important parts are not showing, I find this disappointing, it may be my picture was slightly oversized, though I am sure it fitted the correct layout. Surely someone could have just reduced it so everything was included if there was any incorrect alignment.

It was the most wonderful personal 60th birthday gift for someone it is very difficult to buy for but who loves jigsaws. He was elated receiving a jigsaw of him doing a jigsaw. Really hit the spot! So well made, well boxed, inexpensive and speedy delivery. I highly recommend the company.

I have purchased two of these personalised photo puzzles now. They make fantastic presents for any jigsaw lovers. The quality, delivery service and website have all been excellent and easy to use. I will definitely use them again and fully recommend.

Easy to order and came quickly. Lovely present for 80 year old grandparents who do a lot of jigsaws and they report it is of good quality.
