Ordered the ear wax remover from the site and after adding extra heads was offered a free gift, then suddenly another charge of £8.99 added to the billing and was marked as approved payment in Paypal immedately.

Am cancelling order and requesting a full refund.

Please do Not order these Q Grips biggest con ever. They do not work are really uncomfortable to use and biggest load of rubbish ever....made in China say no more!

don't get Q Grips.

They offer free gift so I picked the extra heads, £33 approx for product and postage. Then once picked so called free gift they add that on the end to another checkout £9 extra for a free gift..... Don't think so I'll be contacting my bank to make a claim to get my money back.

My order turned up promptly and was spot on. I used them and got loads of muck out, BUT afterwards I was 90% deaf as it pushed wax down to my eardrum. Writing this 2 hours later and I can't hear F all.

If this deafness carries on, looks like I will have to go and get them syringed, if I can get to a nurse in the next millennium.

I would like to get a Class Action Lawsuit against Q Grips. I ordered the products with the understaning per their policy that I could return the product for a refund.

As it turns out, I received the products on April 2nd, and I have been since April 3rd trying to communicate with Q Grip to return the items for a refund.

I was told to send a picture of the unopned items to Q Grip. Once they reviewed the pictures of the items to be returned, they would provide me with an address to submit the items. I have submitted the photos along with emails several times to Q Grip. As of today, I am still waiting to hear from Q Grip. Does anyone know, how to begin a Class Action Lawsuit against Q Grips? I do not like being taken advantage of and I truly believe that a company should stand behind theire Refund Policy. It seems this company is scammed too many folks and legal action needs to be implemented.

AKTA er för detta bluffföretag!!! Vid beställningen av örongripen skulle du få en gratis gåva om du svarade på några frågor. Vid betalning via Pay PAL såg jag att det blivit draget en kostnad för den fria gåvan (95kr). På bekräftelsen hade de strykit summan men lagt på summan på fraktkostnaden. Frakten var från början 45,95 men blev efter betalning 140,95.Står inget om leveranstid på sidan heller. Akta er för detta blufföretag som lägger en prenumeration på er, så de drar ytterligare pengar om inte Pay PAL hade tagit bort det åt mig.

A complete waste of money. Neither my husband or I removed any wax at all though using a cotton bud later picked up plenty. Product is cheaply made, we did get plenty of replacement heads but found it almost impossible to get the head off the handle to replace. Their numerous positive website reviews are more like a work of fiction. As others have said .. don’t waste your money.

As others have said: wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. A couple of cheap bits of plastic that probably cost less than a pound to make. Sold for 30 quid!!! Their advertising is very clever but the whole thing is a scam. Plus if I want to send it back, I have to return it to an address in Idaho. Forget it. I've been scammed.
Suggest if you see an advertisement for this company, contact the place where they advertise to inform them that this company is operating a highly disreputable business and is in fact a scam.

I don’t normally report bad experiences with and never as a scam, but Q-Grips is a huge exception and I am writing in hopes that their fraudulent lies to create sales will get investigated by whoever would do such investigation. The situation is short and to the point.

They claim (you can see t on their web site) no risk 30 day trial to see if Q-Grips is right for you. If you decide they are not for you, then they say they will refund your money.

Well, here’s the catch, which in my eyes should be illegal (maybe it is and nobody has acted on it). They will gladly refund your money provided you return the unused/unopened Q-Grips. The question is, since a “trial” is to try something out to see if you like it or not. Correct? How can you possibly trial the Q-Grips is you don’t open the package and use it???

Bottom line, this is a complete fraud and needs to be addressed. Hopefully someone will read this that has the know-how or authority to initiate an investigation. I lost $39.95 on this scam making a purchase on the pretense that I could check them out to see if they work for me. I was dissatisfied with Q-Grips, they will not honor their 30 day trial because I had to open the package to trial them.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. The product is worth about a dollar, there were no extra tips provided as advertised and their customer service response when queried, appalling. Deceptive advertising and unconscionable behaviour. Not at all surprised people are still awaiting a refund. Stay well clear of this company.

These are absolute rubbish!! I'm waiting for a response for a refund, so far no luck. Don't fall for the advertising. I'm 67 thought i would have learned by now .......... ok for unblocking a sink i suppose.
