This is a total rip-off!! Do not waste your money. Everything they advertise is a total lie. I am still waiting for a response to my request for a refund and have written three emails and called twice with no results. They advertise money back guaranteed with no hassle. What a scam! If I could rate "0" I would. Also, I wish I had checked with BBB before falling for this scam!

Absolute RIP off, thank goodness for this site to leave feedback as their own site is always busy, surprise surprise. For £35.00 you get 2 trashy handles with silicone insert no additional insert. Do they work? If there is a small amount of wax but chances are they could do as much damage as cotton bud so please do not get suckered in and save your money, I wish I had!

I ordered 3 of the Q Grips for my grown kids after seeing these on TV. I also ordered extra tips, which I never got. However, none of the 4 adults who tried these found a speck of anything on the spiral after attempting to remove any wax. Is it possible that all of us have perfectly clean ears? Can this be a hoax?

I should have read reviews first but thought te a looked good. How mistaken could you be. I ordered two weeks ago had message to say they had been dispatched by UPS but have heard nothing since.
I emailed and was told I would get a call back within 24hrs but have heard nothing so I am resigned to be £37 out of pocket.
I would have thought that with all the complaints that have been on here they would have been stopped from advertising but apparently not.
What a despicable company

Don't waste your time. They don't work, and their Customer Service is non-existent. This is January 2022, and I have been trying to return the product since August 2021 to no avail. The company won't give you the address to return the product until the approve the return. I have sent over 20 emails to no avail. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they never answered. Horrible business to do business with!!

I really thought they were the answer..l was wrong they just do not work ..do not waste your money on this con.

Excellent customer service521-7386It did not get the ring out of toliet and I am glad did not buy more. Toliet bowl cleaner with bleach works better. As soon as I open it, it strangles me and I cannot stop coughing. I was not even that close to it. I investigated and found a phone customer service was helpful and quick. he understood my request and sorted it out

This item doesn't work at all. The positive reviews must be phoney. It's a scam- don't buy it!

They are just after your money. Stay away from this company. You will probably never recive any shipment. UPS do not know where shipment is or when will be delivered. Fraud!!!!!!!!!!

Item does not work. They have two different email addresses. One comes back consistently as a failure to deliver. The other works, but the rep tells you to contact the first email. I sent the packing slip back with the product. It had a phone number (which I called) on it that I didn’t keep. I mailed the package back per instructions given on the phone. Now I have no means of communication and the post office says they received my package on December 8. No refund has been posted. They have many products on their website. I wouldn’t do business with them. Perhaps order their product through Amazon but check very carefully on the return policy.

I would not even give this company 1 star. I have never received my order, it's been almost 3 months. Customer service is an absolute joke ! This company is absolutely a SCAM, please do not order from this company!!!!

Finns att köpa mycket billigare och då får man 32 st huvuddelen till.

I order from the website and never got anything, I have been writing emails and no answer to any of them, sent more emails to get a refund, nothing, I wish I read this before purchasing. SCAM - SCAM - What a waste of time and money.

'SCAM ! Read reviews before purchasing...I wish I had. Q Grips 'Official' website sells for £14.99 reduced from £29.99 but you can get the same cheap unbranded Chinese rubbish on Ebay for £2.99 delivered.
Not only that, they use false next day delivery claim when it actually took a week to arrive plus the 150 glowing reviews on their site are quite clearly false. They also don't respond to emails and just want your money. Complaint now with trading standards.The product itself is no better than using a cotton wool bud & cheap and flimsy.

I saw these and decided to save money by using a corkscrew bottle opener, however I think I’ve now burst my eardrums. The plus point is I can no longer hear when my kids wine.

If 0 stars was an option that's what they'd get. First off it takes forever to receive them. Second they don't remove anything. Third they are so cheaply made that the plastic handle will actually cut you when you turn it because of sharp edges. Fourth, ask for a refund and they tell you they only refund for unopened and unused packages. Like I'm suppose to know their product is a joke without opening it. Worse product I've ever bought.

Considering the reviews of your product, it’s quite obvious they don’t work anyway, so please, declare yourselves bankrupt and stop trying to make me want to vomit every time I come across your advert.
