I ordered some twinkling Icicle effect lights. They are super quality and easily connect together to get the overall length and effect I wanted. I was so impressed with the first two sets, I placed a further order. They feel like commercial/professional quality so I’ll look forward to using them in years to come.

I ordered a set of Sunset microlights which arrived very quickly. I wanted these for a fireplace to create a fire effect. Liked them and then bought a set of Sunset 2 microlights to enhance the effect. Had a technical query which was answered promptly. Good firm to deal with.

Ordered 4 parks of Qbis micro lights through Amazon, one pack was not working, contacted Qbis via Amazon & received a reply on same day. Their customer service was great & they sent me replacement straight away.
Not all customer service this good & would definitely order from this company again. The lights were great too.

Had a problem with payment on their website and they couldn't be more apologetic and helpful. I bought a set of sunset2 lights and installed them under the (disconnected) gas fire coals. Have since put an additional set in and got a lovely flickering coals effect. Great unique product, great service.

Quick delivery, thank you for the first class post upgrade! The lights are perfect! I have used them on the shelf I put my nativity figures on and they are now beautifully illuminated, thank you. I also find the timer option useful.

My lights came in double quick time and look perfect in my garland over fireplace. Thankyou very much.

Excellent service. Quick delivery due to free 1st class upgrade on postage ( 3 days ahead of expected delivery date ). A nice touch! Product as described ( micro lights for use in a Christmas wreath) and more than happy with it.

I brought 3 sets of lights from Qbis via Amazon, I had a query and after a telephone conversation with owner placed another order with them direct. Super helpful friendly service, a free delivery code and 2 more sets arrived the following morning. My daughter took a fancy to them and stole a set, so I ordered another 2 sets for us. Again arrived the following day and gave us a refund for postage. Excellent and highly recommended.

We couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful lights we just received, and so wonderfully packaged. Linda was really helpful in making recommendations, and we are so pleased that we followed her excellent advice.

Delivery came quickly and well packaged. When I reported that I couldn't get the remote to work a replacement was sent out with immediate effect which was tested first to avoid any problems. Communication and customer service was fabulous - thoroughly recommend buying from this company.

Ordered 2 lots of 30 lights which arrived earlier than anticipated. They are excellent quality and light up really bright. Will definitely use this company again.

I am delighted with the lights; they are beautiful and the perfect soft white colour. My husband is also delighted as they are excellent quality. Delivery was fast and Customer Service was outstanding; Linda emailed to ask if we would need an extension cable prior to shipping the order, in case we had overlooked this. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
