Very disappointing experience and serious concerns regarding aftercare.

The company attended our property on Tuesday 22nd September to carry out a heat treatment. Following the treatment, we experienced electrical problems and were left with only the sockets in the kitchen working. We were advised that the electrics should return within two hours.

By Friday morning, the issue had still not been resolved despite numerous emails and telephone calls.

Of particular concern is that an 84-year-old vulnerable person in the property relies on an electric hospital bed. Due to the electrical issue, the bed could not be operated, resulting in her having to sleep in a chair for two nights.

The company was made aware of the circumstances, including the vulnerable person in the property. Despite this, nobody had attended to rectify the problem by Friday morning. Attempts to speak directly with the manager were also unsuccessful.

Given the circumstances, we found the lack of urgency and communication extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company, particularly where vulnerable people or electrically powered medical equipment are present in the property.

Great prompt service at a reasonable price. This was difficult task as the tenants were under an eviction order and were less than helpful. The engineer was very tactful and dealt with the situation very well.

Did not treat bed bugs correctly. left my tenents with rash from the treatment. Didn't offer an apology or refund for any of the work they did as I had to buy a new bed given they couldn't treat it

Great Service & experience with Haroon, who came quickly & resolved our wasp nest, inside the brickwork on our balcony, also providing a long term guarantee.
He was delightful, courteous & professional. Very happy.

We had a very active wasps nest under the eaves in our attic. Quick Pest Control turned up exactly on time and neutralised the wasps nest very quickly. They then came back two days later to remove the remnants of the nest and clean the whole environment.

We had mice and Quick Pest control came in about an hour after I phoned. Two weeks on and it was really worth the investment - we went for hygiene and filling of holes and in our recent check up, we’ve had no further signs of mice activity. Shoutout to Jack who has been amazing, super attentive and reassuring and he made sure each hole was filled. Great service all round and definitely worth spending the extra to completely pest proof your house.

I think this firm are fraudsters. They came to my home and charged me £2,460 for a 5-6 treatment mice deterrent plan where they said they would put down poison traps and come each week to replace them then at the end seal up all the holes so the mice could not come back. They then proceeded to seal up all the holes on the first visit and left no mouse traps. They also told us that the pesticide they were using was safe for our pets. When it became obvious these guys were a fraud, we got Rentokil in who said the pesticide they are using can cause secondary infection, potentially killing our pets if they catch an infected mouse - that using poison is archaic and all professional firms use radar traps which are much safer - and by filling in the holes on the first visit, the mice get stuck in the cavity walls and floorboards in my house which is going to cause bad smells and attract flies for months to come. NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Very quick to respond and assist which was so appreciative. Hassan was very patient and accommodating and always clear in his communications. Prompt and reliable - turned up whenever they said they would and issue expertly resolved. Would recommend.

I used Quick Pest Control in South London (Norbury) for an ant infestation at my property and I’m genuinely very happy with the service I received.

From the beginning, the communication was clear, fast, and professional. They offered a quick response and arranged a visit promptly, which really helped as the ant problem was spreading in my home.

The technician carried out a full inspection and clearly explained the source of the infestation and the treatment plan. The ant control treatment was done efficiently and safely, and I also received useful advice on how to prevent future pest issues.

I have never worked with such a professional pest control service. It was worth every penny. Not only that, there was an issue putting my dishwasher back together, and they had the decency to fix something that was not their responsibility, but rather an issue caused by my builder, and they did not charge me for it. A very honorable trade, excellent staff, and people who genuinely care about their clients and their services.

I've used them twice in the past 2 years to mouse-proof two flats in Battersea, south London. They respond promptly and are very professional. Their work comes with a warranty -- and they do indeed show up when any follow-up work is needed.

On Friday I discovered a mouse and was understandably very worried. I called early in the morning and spoke with Hassan, the surveyor, who immediately put me at ease. He has such a wonderful and calming telephone manner and kindly arranged a same day appointment, which was a huge relief.

Then I decided to hire Quick Pest Control, and Harry came to handle the issue. They did an excellent job — he identified several holes and gaps, monitored the situation carefully for three days, and even fixed a console issue I had.
