Daniel was absolutely incredible. He took the time to explain the four C’s and there was no hard sell or pressure. There was no up sell and if anything he recommended a better fit for my fiance. The whole experience from start to end was fantastic and we love the ring.

My fiancé and I were looking for a small business far away from the high-street or big companies since we are very committed to support independent and family business, he found Quality Diamonds and he contacted them.
From minute one they were extremely helpful and understanding with all our queries and our views for my engagement ring.
In our first visit Daniel explained all the technicalities and specifications that we should be looking to for diamond shopping so simple but yet so in detail that at the end of it we were mini experts!
After that he proceeded to show us a selection of extraordinarily stunning diamonds he had carefully prepared for us to see all within out budget.
Daniel spent almost 2 hours with us when we were only booked for 1 hour and and he made us feel so comfortable and in control of the visit.
We went home to think about all the possibilities as Daniel suggested but because his extraordinary ability to communicate, to explain and make us understand the decision process and never pushing us to decide before reaching home we had booked another appointment the following week to choose a diamond.
The next appointment was even better!
Daniel showed us again his extraordinary diamond knowledge and gave us the hard task of choosing only 1 diamond out of his beautiful selection.
After a couple of weeks we got our ring and it is beautiful!

I can't speak highly enough of Quality Diamonds and Daniel at the Hatton Garden office.

In late 2022, I was looking at engagement rings and had no idea where to start. By chance, I stumbled upon QD, and their consultation service offers a chance to talk things through and better understand what we were looking for. Daniel was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable and even shared his own personal stories, which was so helpful for what can be a difficult and pressuring experience in other stores and salespeople. He accommodated us as we needed 2-3 meetings and time to explore our options. We narrowed it down, had the diamond shipped over, and even got a Halo setting for a great price, and the delivery and quality were incredible! My (now) fiance adores her ring!

Fast forward to Feb 2024, we are looking at wedding rings, and I had complete trust Daniel and QD would come through again. We found the perfect wedding ring well within our budget, and placed a deposit that same day. Daniel even offered to polish the rings before our big day.

I can't wait for the wedding ring to arrive, and I am excited to continue working with QD and Daniel in the years to come!

Quality Diamonds, have been so unbelievably efficient with sourcing my ring, when I needed to return it to have it resized and re engraved due to the resizement they did it with no hesitations, they even payed for the cost of me returning it to them. When I sadly said I was going to need a refund on the ring after all as my partner and I split up they were happy to accept the refund. I have felt truly looked after through this process of sourcing my ex fiancé's wedding ring. Would truly recommend and will be returning to them for more purchases in the future. excellent service!
