The independent surveyor was very pleasant and the job was done the following day . Getting vat off was a bonus . The installers were very efficient and polite , on time and cleaned up after themselves . It seems to me that the house is already warmer and I haven’t even got my heating on yet .

The team(two men) arrived on time and got down to the job immediately. They were hardworking friendly and very competent. They cleared up everything afterwards. Our loft was rather run down but not anymore.

Very happy with loft insulation experience with this company yesterday. Guys were very informative, polite & friendly. Cleared up well after installation.

All personnel were very polite and respectful. My questions were answered fully and took all the time I needed. The product was installed efficiently and everything was cleaned afterwards, not that there was much to clean. The whole installation took almost an hour and a half and then they said a friendly goodbye and left. I am already having to turn my thermostat down.

All information given was correct and explained very well. Installers arrived promptly, worked consistently until job was completed. Our home was left clean and tidy. The installers were pleasant and friendly and answered any questions we had honestly and did not make us feel that we were being a nuisance .

Every person was helpful and took time to explain everything. The use of photos on their mobiles made things clearer and they constantly asked me if I wanted to ask questions. Above all they were so friendly and pleasant. Wish all people were the same.

Pressure sales by an inexperience sales person following a cold call.
Lack of written information regarding work to be done. Verbal information given by phone.Result of work done did not meet with expectations or what was actually promised over the phone.Over charged for a job which was done in adverse weather conditions so unsure if the product will work. We had a product called Properla applied to the gable end of a stone wall. After 4 weeks of waiting for guarantee none has arrived. We were also told that the product would save on our heating bills as well as resolve damp ingress. This fact is untrue.Lack of communication from company. Emails returned, text messages ignored, letters not replied to.

Had a very nice experience - Jonty Williams was the surveyor he explained all we needed to know and was very helpful - booked us in for the job to be done on 28.9.23 the gentlemen arrived before time they were very professional and friendly also extremely tidy - cleared up after themselves would not of known they were there

It was all good apart from late arrival of surveyor report which I had to chase several times. the guys who installed the foam were on time, efficient, pleasant and cleared up well after it was all done. I can't vouch for the quality of the installation or its effectiveness as I don't have the expertise!

From the 1st phone call we had explaining that this company was in my area carrying out Logicfoam installation, and would we like a survey engineer to call round and explain the product. The surveyor (sorry I forget his name) called round the following day, inspected the loft and explained in great detail what was required. There was no forced sales put onto us what so ever.
Once we agreed, he organized with the office, to arrange for the gang engineers to carry out this work. The engineers were very professional in they attitude towards us, our property, and the work that they did. Our thanks to them.
Highly recommend this company, in their efficiency and friendliness of the surveyor and engineers.

Excellent work from start to finish.Pablo was professional explaining procedure which I understood &Lawrence and his team worked none stop not even for a lunch break. Everywhere was clean & tidy when they left. I was very impressed & would highly recommend your firm.

The salesman on the phone was very polite and we excepted the agent to come into our home on the 25 July and explained everything to us of what the product was used for and how it would benefit us especially in the winter months as our home does not keep warm. He explained what the workmen would do and make sure everything was done correctly. This was all done on the following day the workmen came into our home and they were very polite and very tidy. They showed me all the photos of the work they had done. The next morning I had a phone call from a lady who was very polite.

We could not be more pleased with the recent installation carried out by Quality Home Solutions.Peter Bunting carried out our survey in a professional and personal manner,helping to guide us through the best loft installation and giving us the quote which we accepted. The 2 installers,Maryk and Yarik arrived exactly on time and proceeded to work and complete all their tasks without a break the same day. Highly professional and a pleasure to have in the house. On completion,all the old insulation materials were bagged up ready for removal and the whole area spotlessly cleaned.
A thoroughly professional company,and a great job done,providing a superb service from all their staff.
