From the initial phone call, to the survey and the installation of the Logic Foam, Quality Home Solutions were faultless. The surveyor explained the benefits clearly to myself and my wife, he took the time to listen to our concerns and answered all of our questions. He was very professional, polite and informative. The installation of the Logic Foam was done within the morning, the installers arrived on time and made sure there was no stone unturned. I personally would fully recommend Quality Home Solutions, if you’re looking for a professional business that cares about there customers.

Steve came to view the roof space and informed us that the cladding which had been down for several years was not "doing its job" I could see from the picture he took where we were losing heat. He explained clearly the product that Quality Homes Solutions were using all the pro's and cons, there was no hard sell, my wife and I had time to think it over and then said we would go ahead and have the work done. Enter Tony and his mate who explained what they were going to do. After putting down masses of floor coving and dressing up like something from Dr Who they cracked on with the job, no mess brilliant, We now have our roof lined with meringue, and very warm !!

We received a phone call and we listened to the sales pitch and were impressed with what was explained although still concerned as phone call out of the blue (did some research while talking on phone).Mick Champion the surveyor arrived for the appointment and explained what the product was and how it worked and with information from Ofgem how we could save on our energy bill, We watched a video which also explained how the insulation was made and sprayed. The loft was tested for damp and gases then measured for the costing. This is when we found out that they preferred an answer there and then so a date and time could be arranged and a deposit taken this was a bit of shock as not a lot of time to discuss with partner, more research after he left. On the day of insulation the 2 guys turned up on time and introduced themselves to us they were very polite and they unloaded the van then they put floor covering down before any equipment went into the house. The generator was very loud outside in the van building the pressure while they cleared the attic for spraying, the hose and guns were taken up to the loft the hatch sealed and they started. When finished they packed the gear away then put all the stuff back in the attic closed the hatch (they were sweating buckets).Then as the floor covering was removed they were hoovering as well to make sure that all was left as they found it. They then showed us photos of the work done in our loft ,the job from start to finish was approx. 3hrs. Many thanks Quality Home Solutions

This company are professional they arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently although they did drop a box through the bedroom ceiling they had a plasterer repair it at their own cost and they also had it painted
All three jobs were completed with the minimum fuss and intrusion
The insulation material is very good the loft space is now hotter than the rest of the house
I can't fault them in any way

The whole process of insulating our home was straight forward. From the information provided by the Company's Representative through the installation and after service, all very professional and efficient.

The initial survey carried out by James, in difficult conditions, was informative and helpful. The information he provided was clear and questions were answered. The fact that he telephoned during the installation to confirm all was well was appreciated.
The installation was carried out promptly on the day and at the time booked.
, and the 2 installers worked hard for more than 5 hours to complete the job.They made sure carpets etc were protected before starting, and cleaned thoroughly on completion. We were impressed. The only surprise was the noise from the generator which was unavoidable.

The team arrived early and got straight on with the job. Covered all areas before starting, completed the job with no fuss and cleaned up after it was done. I was on a Teams meeting the whole time, and I was not disturbed at all. The difference in warmth in the roof space was immediately noticeable. Great job!

All our questions were answered in detail. An excellent start and we booked. A prompt completion date confirmed. Work team arrived ahead of time, very polite and respectful from the start. They prepared the house appropriately, dressed appropriately and worked like a well oiled team. Showed me the work done in person and via photos. Cleaned up really well leaving us totally satisfied. Have no reservations in recommending them.

lovely people, sorted me right out my homes warmer then ever spoke to a wonderful man on the phone named thomas garrison who booked me in for my heat loss assessment and provided me help for my insulation. highly recommend them. 100% 5 star company. if your having insulation problems or not. they help you very much in this energy crisis.

The two young men came on time ,putting protective sheets through the hallway,as the loft had a lot of items in it they moved stuff around….the job itself was a lot more intailed but they never stopped the finished insulation was as good as we were expecting they eventually finished about 7.30pm and still had to drive back from Exeter to Surrey.Both we’re very polite and really nothing was too much trouble..would definitely recommend to anybody .Caryl and Mike Dunstone

After a phone call re. loft Insulation arrangements were made for a Surveyor to visit. Mr Tim Johnson came to see us and was very informative about the Foam Logic Insulation . He was very thorough with his inspection of our Loft and took pictures to explain every detail. We are having the Insulation done tomorrow and thank Tim for his help. The whole team were helpful and friendly; I especially appreciated the detailed explanation and the opportunity to ask questions face to face. The installers worked quickly and efficiently, and they were very thorough at clearing up before they left. The process is expensive, but only time will tell if it is money well spent!

From the first telephone call to the final finished work the communication has
been very good and easy to understand with very clear instructions as to the proceedings.Once the deal had been agreed everything went smoothly without
any problems whatsoever. The action team arrived spot on time and went to work in a thorough and careful way with minimum mess which was cleared to a spotless level.Overall I would say it would be difficult to find a more helpful and efficient company to deal with. A real people to people firm with no clever
telephone systems which need a masters degree to understand and then cuts you off. Well done Q.H.Solutions.The house is warmer already.

After been advised by the inspector to have the fibre glass removed because of health reasons we agreed to this but when the men came to carry out the work they didn't know anything about the removal.after a phone call to the inspector who sail he would call back in five minutes but four days later still no call.So I called the office and explained our situation and asked for a refund for the removal that didn't happen.this was sorted out over the phone and I got the £500 pounds back I wonder what would have happened had I not called them? The men who carried out the work were great and left the house clean and tidy,the inspector was a waste of space so I'm afraid between 2/3 stars

The company insulation assessor spent a long time explaining the product and answering questions. Having agreed on the installation it was installed the next day very efficiently by the installers. Appointments were on time. All contacts were polite, friendly and very helpful. Excellent company.

We had our lofts insulated and the roof sprayed yesterday . The installers arrived early and completed the job efficiently and tided up before the left . Very satisfied. M Featherstone

A really efficient service. From initial contact to job done just one week! In fact it was so quick we felt a bit under pressure. Reassured by high level of professional competence both by the surveyor and the work team who carried out the work. Very confident in the effectiveness of the Logic Foam. The house remains warmer longer cutting energy cost from the word go.

Two guys, both of Polish origin arrived
about 30 minutes early and following a brief inspection of the 4 lofts, started work once their heating system was up to temperature. They completed the work to insulate inside the roof in just over 3 hours and seemed to really enjoy their coffee. They carried out a good clean up before leaving.
We were impressed !
