Another quality service from a quality company.

Used many times now, always reliable, friendly engineers happy to explain what they are doing and give good advice. They serviced our old boiler that had been damaged by an insurance repairer, kept it going a while, then replaced it and our radiators and its been going strong now for 3 years, 2 services and the experience remains impeccable. Would recommend.

Professional.. trustworthy and ultra reliable company..the engineer was polite and kept us updated on the job going forward..there were faults with the boiler which the company duly sorted out for us a week later..a day earlier than they told us they were coming.. I think it a good idea that you get the same engineer from the first job..at further jobs..the one we had.. brilliant!..we have no hesitation in recommending this company.. excellent 👌

Really good efficient and friendly service.

Having previously used British Gas to service my boiler I had become unhappy at the service and cost for a 20 minute visit every 12 months. As Quarrybank had recently redesigned and installed my bathroom I thought I would give them a try; what a great decision. The engineer arrived exactly on the agreed time and spent nearly 1 hour completely checking everything boiler related and signing off every thing he serviced/checked. Thoroughly professional service that I will use again for the yearly boiler service

Quarrybank serviced our central heating system promptly and effectively. Their employees are knowledgeable and care about what they do. They have become my 'go to' firm for central heating maintenance and repairs.

Brilliant company, used them 3 times in 12 months, first to clean my heating system and check an old boiler, then to replace my boiler and finally for a service of the new boiler. Each time has been a pleasure, lovely ppl who work hard to make things as easy as possible, turn up on time when arranged. Very pleasant workmen, respectful of your home. Good tradesmen are hard to find and these are my go to now.
I also passed on another customer who was in need of a boiler but only had weeks to live! They were brilliant and made him priority, this alone was worth its weight in gold. Thankyou

Prompt and efficient service

I had my boiler serviced by QBP. The technician arrived on time, completed the service in reasonable time with no mess. He explained the tests he was undertaking a completely transparent service.

Professional service provided, person was punctual and polite, they offered to show photos of the work performed and promptly provided a report after completion of the work.

Our boiler broke and we asked them to come out and have a look at it. On the phone they said we pay in advance so paid the £100. Person came same day they were polite they looked the boiler for around 10 minutes, where they tried to reset the boiler but nothing more. They told us the boiler was broken and they wouldn't try to find out why as it's old and unlikely to find the parts. He said we wouldn't be charged for his time. There was no mention that this would only apply if we went with them for a new boiler. We then discussed different boiler types with him.

They sent through a very expensive quote which made no mention of getting a refund for that hour and we went with someone else who did not charge to confirm the boiler was broken and gave us a cheaper quote for the exact same boiler Quarrybank had quoted us for.

After we had made the decision about the boiler. I then rang up to inform them we would not go with them and ask for that refund we were promised and they said no as it would of only been refunded if we went with them for the new boiler. I told them this wasn't clear, it was never mentioned to us at any point. Which they then argued with me about.

To be clear we got multiple quotes for the exact same boiler they quoted for and the two other quotes were both cheaper.

Because of this I won't recommend them but two stars as the person who visited seemed like a nice person.

Quarrybank Plumbers fitted my new Worcester boiler. Was very pleased with the job - really professional and efficient, completing the job in one day. No mess, no fuss.
After sales service excellent! - couldn’t remember how to work the programmer and after a phone call, someone popped round the same day to sort. Brilliant job!

Our overall experience from Quarrybank plumbers from start to finish was extremely impressive. Everyone involved were helpful, polite and professional.
From our initial enquiry to Steve, his quick response with his expert advice to him sending over quotes was prompt. To then him sending out an engineer to assess the area where we were wanting our new boiler to be situated; Dave advised us of the best boiler to get for the size of our home and then John the engineer who fitted the boiler explained everything as he went along and then demonstrated how the boiler worked at the end. The newest member of the team, Young John also came to assist with the removal of our old boiler and was very friendly and polite. Every piece of debris was removed and the installation area was cleaned before the team left .
Quarrybank plumbers are very reliable and I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking any form of plumbing requirements.

Not recommended, very poor customer service.
I had one of my worst experiences fixing my boiler. I had an appointment booked to inspect the issue and I had to call few times to know what time is the appointment. The engineer is professional and advised with parts needs to be replaced mentioning they must be on the shelf and shouldn’t take long for an appointment to come and replace them.
I had the appointment booked after 10 days which I can understand but again no time given. I took a day off work for this appointment which was today and yet no sign so I had to call them. I was fuming as they “apologised” for not informing me that they will not come as the parts didn’t arrive. 10 days for common parts on the shelf in which I had to deal with this freezing weather. Not even a call before a day to let me know they will not come. Absolute nightmare service. I was arguing why not to inform me that the appointment is cancelled and even not booking another one, for that, I was called rude.

Couldn't rate highly enough. We needed a whole new boiler system which ended up being a rather complicated job. Dave and John completed the job in a little over 4 days, always arriving on time and finishing late. Both were extremely professional and polite, and always had time to answer any questions I had. We couldn't be happier with the new system and would happily use them again. Highly recommended.
