These guys are like knights in White, Shining Armour.
We have a British Gas 4 star service but they couldn’t get to us to sort out our heating problem for a fortnight.
British Gas said if we could find an independent company to come earlier, they would pay.
I contacted Quarry Bank Plumbers and they came out immediately due to the urgency of our problem.
We had 2 faults on the heating system as it turned out and they identified them and fixed them both immediately.
The engineer was professional, courteous, efficient and explained everything as he worked.
We were so grateful of the speedy response and thorough investigation that they carried out.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this local and dependable company to anyone.

Really pleased with our recent boiler installation. Our new boiler was installed quickly and without any fuss. The fitter was prompt, tidy and very knowledgeable. He was also very good at explaining how our new thermostat works.

QBP have installed a new boiler, removing the old one and associated pumps and tanks from the old system. They subsequently removed an old gas fire and capped off the supply. We are very happy with their work; punctual, reliable and friendly guys, who got on with it very quickly. Everything was left clean and tidy. There was one issue that occurred on a Friday evening which was dealt with the next day.

I can’t recommend QBP highly enough. Our boiler broke down and they came within two hours to diagnose the problem. They then returned to replace the boiler and update to combi the following week. For the interim period they even lent us heaters to make things as easy and comfortable as possible. All the staff working on our job were professional, friendly, tidy and helpful; despite coming across lots of difficulties along the way. Excellent communication at every point of contact, and followed all covid guidelines.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

But believe me, these guys are no fairies - they're for real and you'll get what they say on their quotation. You get what you pay for. Steve and the team have installed a new Worcester boiler and tank and also two new bathrooms. The work is very high quality and the team are prompt, professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they come highly recommended.

Thanks to Steve and all the team at Quarrybank. They did a superb job of our new boiler, cylinder, hive system and two full bathroom refits including lighting and underfloor heating. Steve came out to quote initially for the heating work and had an excellent idea to relocate our heating system to the garage to make more space for our en suite. This worked out really well and the work was completed really quickly, tidily and to a top standard. I had no hesitation getting Steve and the team to do the bathroom work. The work on both bathrooms was equally fantastic, with Steve coming up with great design ideas and deploying Stan and the team to install. The work was again super efficient - friendly and respectful guys on site, which was great whilst working at home. Steve also helped us with finding the bathroom fittings and tiles we wanted, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how he and the team project managed the whole job. Also a shout out to Dave back at QuarryBank HQ who did an excellent job of keeping us up to date with timings and we never once didn’t know what to expect from the work. We are absolutely delighted with the work, and would really recommend QuarryBank for your next renovation or heating project. Just wished they did kitchens too...!

QB Plumbers did an excellent job installing our new W/Bosch boiler. The work was all done within a day and they left the place clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend QB Plumbers.

Quarrybank plumbers should absolutely be your first call if you are looking for work to be carried out. I had an emergency boiler issue and woke up to water pouring from it. In my panic I googled companies that could help and after receiving some ridiculous quotes just for call out Steve called me and arranged to come out within a few hours. There was no charge for his time which was a great relief and he made sure I was able to turn my water back on by isolating the boiler. Within 10 mins of his visit he provided me with a very reasonable quote for a new boiler and was able to arrange for the work to be carried out in the same week. His team arrived on time and with all the equipment needed. They were a pleasure to have around, very respectful while I was working from home and answered all of my questions. There were concerns over my gas meter possibly leaking so they made sure the gas board did a safety check when the work was completed. I now have a brand new Worcester boiler with a 10 year guarantee plus two years servicing at a price that I was very happy with. Due to my old boiler being on its last legs I’d already done some research in replacing it. All I can say is for the level of service and competency that Quarrybank plumbers offer they are by far the most reasonable on price. It’s good to know there are still some decent, honest, reliable tradesmen around. Thank you all so much!

Refurbished Bathroom (Dec '20) & New Boiler (Dec '20)
After reading local reviews about Quarrybank Plumbers I decided to ask them to quote. From the first contact Ste, the owner has been so professional and prompt with every communication. I had a few quotes already, so I decided to use them and, boy, I wasn't disappointed.
Stan re-fitted a shower and re-tiled the whole bathroom walls and floor to such an immaculate standard and so quickly! We couldn't have been more pleased. Ste checked every stage of work to ensure it was to his high standard and carried out correctly.
Our boiler then started to act up before Christmas and my Mum was staying with us over the holiday period. Sadly, we had to have a new one as it had been limping on for a few years. Quarrybank Plumbers once again came up trumps. As we'd just used them and they were Worcester specialists I relied on them to sort it out due to my recent experience with the bathroom. Within days we had a new boiler and the house has never been so cosy even with the old boiler. They checked all the radiators, bled everything and we could breath a sigh of relief that everything would be cosy for my Mum!
I cannot recommend Quarrybank Plumbers ENOUGH. I would give them 10 stars if I could as they are the most thorough, professional and customer-orientated firm I have ever dealt with. Ste will tell you as it is, no waffle, no excuses, no fabricated stories and carry out everything to the letter, communicating with you every step of the way.

Quarrybank recently replaced our old conventional boiler with a W.Bosh combi and did a great job. I decided to use them because of the excellent reviews they have achieved on various digital platforms. Additionally, Steve was very knowledgeable technically and provided a reasonable quote. Whilst at the property QB also fitted a new tap in our main bathroom and sorted an electric issue with the lights in our dining room. Overall, Steve's team relentlessly worked hard to ensure all the work was undertaken to a high standard. I will be using them again for future plumbing job.

Had to replace full boiler & new flu Steve & guys were fantastic fitted it quickly listened to my requirements and did the job within two days of initial contact. Being disabled I wanted a smart thermostat included this has made controlling the temperature so much easier and the re-boxing of the flu was immaculate couldn’t even tell it had been done!! Highly recommended local business. Thanks

Quarrybank replaced our old boiler the other day. The whole experience was great. Turned up on time, highly professional, great job completed within a day, courteous and great value. We wanted a Worcester Bosch boiler and Quarrybank are experts here. Very pleased would recommend. Saw the thread on Nextdoor and can agree with the positive comments.

We had water leaking from our boiler. Steve came on the Thursday to find out what the fault was. The cost of a new boiler compared to having the old one (which was 17 years old) repaired made it an easy decision to go for a new one. Three days later Steve and Christian arrived at the designated time to carry out the work. Two really nice guys, a pleasure to have them working in your house. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Very pleased indeed and would definitely recommend Quarrybank Plumbers.

Quarrybank have just installed a new boiler & pressurised water tank for me. & I have to say I was impressed by Steve’s knowledge & professional approach to the job, He responded quickly to my initial inquiry & arrived promptly on the day set for the installation to begin.

The whole team were highly skilled, which was reflected in the very high standard of the work they carried out, made very little mess , which they completely removed on completion of the job.

They were courteous & security conscious keeping all outside doors closed to stop my dogs escaping.

I am extremely pleased with the equipment supplied and the work carried out and would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to any one.
