It took eight days for my food order to…
It took eight days for my food order to arrive! I was really dependent on this order as I'd just arrived in the country and if I had known it would take this long, I would certainly have ordered elsewhere! And when I enquired about the order, I kept being told it was about to be shipped but then it still didn't come. I'd say this is really unacceptable for a food order.
Update: Dan did send me a discount voucher which I used on my next in-store purchase which was very satisfactory and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Item still not shipped and no updates
Ordered cocoa nibs five ago, order still not shipped and no update from company. Have emailed two days ago but no reply whatsoever. Worried I won’t get my item.
Update: they got in touch to say the item will be shipped shortly. Then I got a tracking number. Then without communication pr notice I was refunded and never received the product. Disappointing.
