Disgusting person and company - be WARNED. Started threatening me with court action, when I requested that I wanted to cancel under 14 day online purchase; she also threatened me with adding extra payments onto my current payment; she was extremely aggressive - someone you do not want to get on the wrong side of! To let you know, it is the law 14 day cancellation rights stand for bespoke products - as long as they are so bespoke that they cannot be re-sold - which is certainly the case with a personalised will!
I stated that I had mental health issues which is why I could not proceed - this just appeared to make her more vicious. The will was also corrupted in the email it was sent in, so unreadable anyway.

Rudeness; offensive, taking advantage of abused women for self glory purposes. Avoid.
She ridiculed me. I suffered abuse, as did my children, from my ex husband. I therefore wanted to write a Will which would exclude his manipulation of my sons.
Instead of trying to help me, she sent email after email being abusive, dismissive and offensive: I’d questioned her, therefore I deserved this?
I would give no star, as I support women. This woman just wants to support herself.

The will writing was easy and simple. The bound copy was a bonus. It was an all round good experience and my father now has a full he has prepared.

After engaging their service I was met by some very unprofessional and rude emails from an Amanda George. For reasons I don't need to mention she stated that she would not provide the service after I had already paid for.

Website was very easy to navigate. Filled out my will in half an hour, printed it out and got two people at work to witness my signature.

A very good choice for a single Person who has no no or minimal Assets ,easy to understand instructions - l received My bound copy through the post this morning , which is attractive and we'll presented - all done and delivered to Me in a Week!

Isn’t worth the paper it’s written on .
It will not protect your spouse or home should you go
Into long term care .
They do not give you any guidelines to work with you can write what you like but legally it can be challenged and overturned.

Very happy with quick will which does exactly what It says on the tin. Entered the required information and received my will by email ready to print and sign and all within ten minutes. Highly recommended!
