Rachel Smith. Very polite and helpful, very professional, I appreciated the call to be sure to let me know I was in good hands. Thank you Rachel 🙂

Talked to Ren and Rachel and they were both very helpful and professional. I am hard of hearing and they both were very understanding and helpful in speaking slowly and clearly so I could understand

I spoke with Sierra Brown after purchasing my Terra shell. She was knowledgeable and professional and introduced me to many of the other survival products available. I appreciate being able to speak directly to a person when dealing with this company and I will purchase from them again.

Sam helped me with my order for Terrashell.

I spoke to a Sierra Brown. She processed an order for your terra strike product, and even suggested I order 2 to see if i would like it. Instead of ordering 4 of the terra strike, I ended up ordering just 2 . She was very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the products she is selling. I appreciated her honesty in suggesting I order 2 to start with.

I love this product/concept.

Wonderful product, terrific service! Would use again!

Serra Brown was very professional and friendly. She met my needs and was very patient with my problems.

I purchased 16 Terrashell from Travis Smith and and they great thermal sleeping bags when it is cold inside because the electric is out during a snow storm and if you lose control of your vehicle just make sure you have your thermal sleeping bag for protection because a lot of times your cell phone would be down especially when it is very cold outside. I called Travis and he told me everything about these warm thermal sleeping bags that I had to buy more for my neighbors too. He is a wonderful friendly person who does not mine providing information.

The call was great. San was very helpful
