Don’t order. They make it very very difficult to initiate a return despite stating that it’s easy.

It is impossible for return of items!! Trying to create return label as you need to do this for your return. Putting my order number and email address on return portal and it says that order not found. When you try to contact them didn’t get any response. I’ll end up selling this item on Vinted for half of the price! Absolutely rubbish return process very disappointing!!

Product was well priced and excellent quality. The website was easy to use and the perk of free delivery when joining the Quiksilver membership scheme is a big bonus. Highly recommended company and product.

Ordering and delivery excellent. T-shirts too big/loose even for comfort fit. Had to return them.

Delivery took way too long and past the date I was told it would be delivered. Spoke to customer service who were just completely unhelpful and not apologetic. Will never shop here again.

Still no delivery after 11 days. Customer support appears to be a bot which offers no value. Very frustrated customer.

Haven’t received my parcel and when I try and get in touch with quicksilver I just get an automated response. There is no way to contact them. Awful experience.
