The Residents team have been a big help during the years leaving here at Ferrum - especially Jana,Michael and Faysal . Lovely environment and I have enjoyed living here.

The maintenance team led by Lucian is absolutely top class and extremely quick to respond.

I have only been living here 4 weeks, but honestly I cant say enough about the team here at Ferrum. Faysal's team, Anne, Michael, Jana and Omer (who my 2 year old affectionately calls Elmo), and the maintenance team of Lucian, Karol, Andrea and Joanna is a seriously well oiled machine. I read lots of reviews from years gone by, and I haven't moved areas in the last 14 years so this was a big deal and I didnt know what I was going to get, but as a single mother who is constantly worried about her kid, on a daily basis here I feel safe, welcome, looked after (and honestly quite jammy when I boast to my friend who moved last year into a very differently ran building across London who has had none stop problems). It honestly feels like family in here, there isnt one bad apple (I realise I havent been here that long but ive made fast friends when in the playground here who have been here years and say the same), problems are acknowledged, addressed and acted upon immediately with an out-of-this-world professionalism I have never experienced before. I cant speak to other buildings but Ferrum has a vibe - and we've been down by the main front desk a LOT because my daughter likes to visit them, and its not just me, everyone we've seen come through on their way home or on the way out has that same familiarity, friendliness and seemingly satisfaction.

Lucian from the Quintain Living maintenance team has been absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly polite, kind, and patient — always ready to help and go the extra mile to provide the best support possible. His efficiency is remarkable, and he handles every situation with professionalism and a great attitude. I cannot speak highly enough of his work ethic and the way he treats residents. Quintain Living is lucky to have someone like him on their team!

Ferrum is amazing I’ve been here for 3 months everything has been great, reception staff Including Faysal was very accommodating, and the maintenance team have been fantastic including Lucian and Andreas very helpful and quick and efficient, thank you Ferrum I will definitely be extending my lease.

I’ve been living in Ferrum for a year and have chosen to stay for a second year because it’s such a lovely and safe place to live. What truly makes the experience special, though, is the maintenance team. Whenever anything needs fixing in the flat, they sort it out the very same day.They’re always incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help, which makes a huge difference. I’d like to give special thanks to Lucian, who is always ready to help. I’m very happy to be living with Quintain and really appreciate all the hard work the staff put in to make this such a great place to call home.

I’ve had an excellent experience with the Ferrum Maintenance team, who truly deserve recognition for the high standard of service they provide. Every time I’ve reported an issue, they have responded promptly and handled it in a professional, efficient, and thorough manner. Their attention to detail and commitment to resolving problems properly, rather than just quickly, really stands out.

The team are always respectful, courteous, and clearly take pride in their work. Communication is consistently strong; they explain what they’re doing, keep you informed throughout, and ensure everything is fully resolved before they leave. It’s genuinely reassuring to know that any maintenance concerns are taken seriously and dealt with to such a high standard.

The Ferrum Resident team also provides great support, complementing the overall experience, but it is the Ferum Maintenance team that are the true driving force behind such a well-managed and comfortable living environment.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend Ferum as an excellent choice, particularly for the reliability, professionalism, and quality delivered by their maintenance team.

Lucian and his team are absolutely amazing! They attend to any of our issues within minutes and they are so warm and welcoming! Absolutely love them!

I've been with Quintain since 2024 until now and they have never failed me when I have concerns in the flat. Everyone from the concierge, accounts, residents team and maintenance have been very helpful and accomodating. Especially with the maintenace team, they are always so quick to resolve any issues on the flat. I've never experienced this when I rented somewhere else! Keep it up!

I have been living at Ferrum for close to two years now and the experience has been incredible. The QL maintenance team is amazing with how quickly they resolve matters. The team had always quickly remedied any issues I had encountered, even the ones I thought it can’t be fixed. Thank you guys for all the support in giving us an amazing experience :)

Julia Whyte within the Tenancy Team was very helpful in the process. All questions were addressed promptly, and was very reassuring throughout.

I have been living In the building for around 6 months now and I have never been let down. The Ferrum Maintanence team, Karol, Mani, Liana, Emma, Joana and Andrea, all of them have helped me on individual occasions with any issues and done it quickly!! Will forever be grateful to have them ❤️

My experience with the building has been overwhelmingly positive the maintenance staff always goes above and beyond to help solve issues quickly and properly.

I moved to Ferrum in September 2025 and overall I’ve had a very good experience living here. The building is well maintained and the facilities are nice and easy to use.

I’ve also had good experiences with the reception and maintenance teams. Whenever I needed help, they were friendly and sorted things out quickly. I’d especially like to mention Emma, Mani and Joanna, who have all been really helpful.

So far, I’m happy with my decision to move here and would recommend Ferrum to others looking for a place in the area.

We’ve been living at Ferrum with Quintain Living for four years now, and our experience has been consistently excellent. The building has a unique loft-style design that immediately stood out to us — it feels modern, warm, and really well thought out. The furniture provided (from John Lewis) is high-quality, durable, and far better than what most rental developments offer.

Our apartment has a fantastic view, which has honestly been one of our favourite things about living here. It makes the space feel bright and open year-round.

The residents’ team has also always been incredibly supportive. A special mention goes to Michael, who has been exceptionally helpful, professional, and patient throughout our tenancy and especially during our recent renewal process.

Overall, we highly recommend Quintain Living and the Ferrum building. It’s been a great place to call home.
