I’ve had a really good experience…

I’ve had a really good experience living in Ferrum. The building is comfortable, the facilities are reliable, and everything you need is here — but the real standout is the maintenance team.
They’re always quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely committed to keeping everything running smoothly.
Living here feels stress-free because of the the team. Really appreciate all the hard work they do.

The Residents team

Didnt know I could be so looked after

I have only been living here 4 weeks, but honestly I cant say enough about the team here at Ferrum. Faysal's team, Anne, Michael, Jana and Omer (who my 2 year old affectionately calls Elmo), and the maintenance team of Lucian, Karol, Andrea and Joanna is a seriously well oiled machine. I read lots of reviews from years gone by, and I haven't moved areas in the last 14 years so this was a big deal and I didnt know what I was going to get, but as a single mother who is constantly worried about her kid, on a daily basis here I feel safe, welcome, looked after (and honestly quite jammy when I boast to my friend who moved last year into a very differently ran building across London who has had none stop problems). It honestly feels like family in here, there isnt one bad apple (I realise I havent been here that long but ive made fast friends when in the playground here who have been here years and say the same), problems are acknowledged, addressed and acted upon immediately with an out-of-this-world professionalism I have never experienced before. I cant speak to other buildings but Ferrum has a vibe - and we've been down by the main front desk a LOT because my daughter likes to visit them, and its not just me, everyone we've seen come through on their way home or on the way out has that same familiarity, friendliness and seemingly satisfaction.

Unresponsive and dismissive over ongoing waste issues

I have been raising concerns with Quintain Living's resident services team for several weeks about rubbish repeatedly being left by the rubbish chutes in my building. Despite multiple emails, photos and requests for preventative measures, the issue persists.

Instead of implementing clear signage, resident reminders or checking CCTV to identify those responsible, management simply removes the rubbish after I complain. This reactive approach means the hallways remain unhygienic, and I feel my concerns have been met with dismissive replies rather than proactive solutions.

As a paying tenant, I expect a safer, cleaner living environment and a management team that takes residents’ complaints seriously.

Lucian from the Quintain Living maintenance team has been absolutely fantastic. We’ve lived here since 2024 and have absolutely loved it.

A massive shout out to the maintenance team, Karol, Lucian and Andrea, who are honestly the best we’ve ever experienced. They’re always warm, incredibly quick to respond, and consistently go above and beyond. We’ve rented across multiple properties in London, and nothing has come close to the level of service here.

Also, a huge thank you to Anne from the residents team — she is so friendly, approachable, and helpful. It really makes a difference day to day.

Even our dog loves the Ferrum team, which says it all!

We would recommend living here to anyone.

Excellent Services

I’ve had an excellent experience with the Ferrum Maintenance team, who truly deserve recognition for the high standard of service they provide. Every time I’ve reported an issue, they have responded promptly and handled it in a professional, efficient, and thorough manner. Their attention to detail and commitment to resolving problems properly, rather than just quickly, really stands out.

The team are always respectful, courteous, and clearly take pride in their work. Communication is consistently strong; they explain what they’re doing, keep you informed throughout, and ensure everything is fully resolved before they leave. It’s genuinely reassuring to know that any maintenance concerns are taken seriously and dealt with to such a high standard.

The Ferrum Resident team also provides great support, complementing the overall experience, but it is the Ferum Maintenance team that are the true driving force behind such a well-managed and comfortable living environment.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend Ferum as an excellent choice, particularly for the reliability, professionalism, and quality delivered by their maintenance team.
