Missing basic amenities from the room!
disappointed with our stay in Room 809 at the Robinson at Quinton living Wembley.
One of the most basic amenities expected in a hotel room is a kettle, yet there wasn’t one provided. We emailed the hotel last night to request one, but unfortunately we have not received a response or any assistance, which has been extremely frustrating.
As a result, we have had to boil water in a saucepan to make coffee, but it cools down very quickly. When my coffee went cold, my husband reheated it in the microwave for me. Unfortunately, when he removed it, it was far too hot and he scalded his hand. This situation could easily have been avoided had the hotel provided the basic facilities expected.
Had we known there would be no kettle, we would have brought our own. I was originally considering booking The Ark, and I now regret not doing so.
Overall, there seems to be very little support available if guests require assistance, which has been disappointing. While the accommodation is clean, the room itself looks unfinished. The ceiling appears grubby and incomplete, and one of the walls also looks dirty and unfinished. It does not create a pleasant environment, especially when the unfinished ceiling is so noticeable.
Unfortunately, this experience has put me off staying at Robinsons Wembley again, and I would not recommend it to others. Basic amenities, prompt customer service, and attention to the condition of the rooms are all areas that require significant improvement.

In relation to the apartment's appearance, the exposed concrete ceilings and wall finishes are an intentional architectural feature and form part of the building's contemporary design, which is consistent throughout the apartments. We appreciate that this style may not be to everyone's personal taste, and we're sorry to hear it wasn't to your preference.

Concierge team and Admin were really very supportive and friendly. Even staying beside wembley stadium and especially at the times of events it has never been felt unsafe or fear to comeback and rooftops have been always such a special spot for our playing games, chilling and Co-working space felt very collaborative and rewarding.

The Robinson by Quantain - just perfect
I stayed at The Robinson by Quantain Living for work, and I honestly had an excellent experience. The apartments were fantastic — very comfortable, well-equipped, and maintained to a high standard. The services and amenities were also great and made my stay very convenient.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my time there. I’d like to specifically mention Ken, who assisted me a lot during my stay — his support and friendliness really made a difference.
I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future.

Great Location for stadium events
We arrived here on Friday and had a wonderful experience staying at the Robinson. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Answering all our questions and making us feel at home. We will definitely be returning to the Robinson in the future.
