Ordered 2 jerseys 24/4 with full knowledge and notification that order could take 2-4 weeks to arrive. As I crossed a threshold i even got a discount. Made payment with PayPal.

I ordered within their size guidance shown on the page for each Jersey.

6/5, so just under 2 weeks later they both arrived. Both as ordered, both good quality, both fit perfectly and both look great.

So from my perspective I paid a good price for 2 great jerseys which were delivered quicker than expected. I'm happy and would certainly consider using again.

Oh man! I watched and waited and finally bought two beautiful jerseys for my girlfriend and I. Then I mad a mistake and ordered twice, that was in November. I contacted them moments after the mistake (totally on my part) and finally got a partial payment (not even half) and now I am trying to get the remainder, though as someone has mentioned, they are ignoring me now. The young man that I emailed was nice enough until the other part of the money was expected.

Too bad, I really liked their jerseys.

I ordered a waterproof thermal cycling jacket and a cycling top from this company on 31st October 2019. The cycling top turned up within 2 weeks no problem. However the cycling jacket never arrived. I have Emailed the company several times each time I’ve been fobbed off with excuses. And still have not received the jacket, it is now 11 week since I placed the order. The company respond to emails but have never initiated any communication. I’m now trying to obtain a refund and they have gone very quiet.

Within 2 minutes of placing an order, realised I had made an error so immediately cancelled Order No #19794. Despite numerous EMs from Quirky Jerseys advising refund “taken care of”, a month has now passed and Quirky Jerseys are no longer responding to EMs. I have now escalated this to my credit card provider. I would advise anyone thinking of using Quirky Jerseys to be very wary and to use other more reputable sites.

Great experience with Quirky Jerseys, contrary to the below comments, I found their customer service very helpful and the products were great for the price. Will buy again.

Never buy something at Quirky Jerseys. I bought something, but unfortunally the jerseys didnot fit. I sent them back. Than startet the problem. Never got back my money. And no reaction anymore from Quirky Jerseys. € 60,- faded away (in the pocket from Quirky).
And although the beautiful reaction of Quirky below this review, in real no reaction.

Got my delivery within 2 weeks but I had to sent 2 shirts back six weeks ago but no money back! Don't sell your shirts there.

Sent the wrong jersey twice, agreed to a refund then never issued it. Eventually they just stopped responding to emails - which is their only correspondence option.

Update: They responded to this review (see below). I followed up with another email which they again failed to respond to. These guys are a joke!

Do NOT order with them!

No point explaining the whole situation, but to sum it up, everything on their side just shows carelessness and extremely bad customer service. The mailing back and forth was just painful, these people are just horrible to communicate with.

Spare yourself the money, time and rage. DON'T ORDER!

Awful service starting to give up on my 2 correct fitting shirts....and socks which didnt even get sent

Great designs, and jerseys are well made for the price. Customer service was responsive and delivery was within 2 weeks. Will buy again.

Cheap product and not easy to gain a refund.

Absolute rubbish. Zip burst open second time worn. No warranty as I did not report fault within 45 days
Don’t waste money with this company.

Rubbish company
Ordered long sleeve shirt - received short sleeve.
Contacted and returned - replacement shirt was too big
Contacted and was told only allowed 1 return even though first mistake was their fault.
Asked for replacement or money back and never heard from again.
Claiming money back from Visa

Never do it. Fraud company.
2nd UPDATE - still no money back for the order I never received - 5 months ago.

UPDATE:
I did pay the import tax on the first small delivery!
It was NOT stated at the website at the time I ordered, that there might be import tax to be paid!
I received lees than 1/3 of my order - and poor quality clothes and wrong colour/print.
I was not able to pay the import tax for the second delivery as I had no invoice and could not document what was actually in the 1,8 kg package (much too heavy for what I ordered) and I still had no idea if there would be yet another package and I did not know what clothes they would send me now, as the clothes I had received were not right.
So it was returned to Quirky Jerseys and after a long email correspondance they finally promised to pay back for the goods I never got - BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY !!!
They are incompetent, have poor quality clothes, they lie and cheat and do not pay back - NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!

Ordered several sets and jerseys late December and they promised delivery within 2-4 weeks. Money was taken from my bank account after a few days. 6 weeks later still no delivery, but I get a letter asking me to pay import tax. This was not part of the information but I paid and got my package - with less than 1/3 of what I ordered. The rest is apparently in a second shipment, which I cannot get as I cannot provide an invoice and prove what is in the package- which by now I no longer want as I had to buy other clothes for the birthday present.
There is no phone number
No adress only e-mail
They claim they have delivered so they will not pay me back
Don’t ever buy anything with this fraud company

Ordered tops in November for Christmas.
Full payment left my bank account 4th Dec.
I chased the order on 15th Dec. Email reply received 'should be with you this week/end of next week'.
Did not arrive for Christmas. Did not arrive AT ALL.
I chased again 5th Jan.
Email reply said they would resend the order and refund me 20%.
February ... STILL NO GOODS and NO REFUND either
