Order placed and notification given of shipping. Courier advised goods were too large to be delivered (one cycling top) so were returned by them. Courier then says likely lost. I contacted Granny Gear who responded by saying that they'd get another sent to me or contact the courier to trace the parcel. No communications despite repeated requests for update. Have received two emails to ask how the order was though, so that's nice.
Declining service and poor quality products
Have been a customer for approx 3 years and during that time service has been steadily decreasing. My latest order has arrived late and with an exposed seam on the collarbone. All attempts to contact the company via email and Instagram have gone unanswered. My next step would be to cancel the transaction with my credit card company. Really disappointing service as the products are generally very good and very reasonably priced.
Poor quality, no communication.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing from start to finish.
After placing my order, I realised I had ordered the wrong sizes and contacted the company within 5 minutes to ask if the sizes could be changed or the order cancelled so I could place it again correctly. Unfortunately, communication was extremely poor. Multiple emails went unanswered, and after a significant delay with no meaningful updates, I was left with little confidence that my order would ever be fulfilled. The lack of response was so concerning that I initiated a card chargeback, which I later cancelled in good faith when the company finally began producing and dispatching the jerseys. Funnily enough, just after the card merchant confirmed the chargeback process.
When the jerseys eventually arrived, the quality was not what I expected. I wasn’t expecting premium quality for the price, but I did expect basic performance features such as decent moisture wicking. Instead, the material felt cheap, uncomfortable, and more like basic nylon than cycling apparel designed for riding. Under normal circumstances, I would have exchanged them for the correct sizes, but the quality simply was not there. In fact, I didn’t even try them on and decided to return all three items immediately.
To make matters worse, customers are required to pay for return postage. I spent £6.25 sending the jerseys back via a signed-for service to ensure proof of delivery. The return has been received and is currently awaiting inspection, so I am still waiting for the refund to be completed.
Delays can happen, but poor communication is much harder to excuse. Had someone simply replied to emails and kept customers informed, this experience would have been very different.
Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again.
Poor company
I ordered a Welsh cycle shirt a few weeks ago. Money instantly taken from my bank account. No order number, no email confirmation, no answer to my numerous emails.
Please do not buy from this company!!!!

Ordered a cycle jersey around 4 weeks ago. Heard nothing since. Now my order has disappeared off the 'Shop' tracker. Emailed 2 weeks ago to enquire. No response. Money has been taken for goods but looks like nothing will be arriving. Won't make the mistake of using this company again (if they really are a company!!).

Do not buy anything, comes direct from China, cheap material, bad fit, overal great for the bin. Please do not insult the oppshop. $77 poorer.
Spend double somewhere you can check guality and fit, money well spend. Pissed off🤮

Read the reviews and be prepared for a long delivery time. Otherwise, overall good experience.
A quality item at a good price
I ordered a cycle top which is in my opinion excellent quality for the price.
The delivery was a couple of weeks which I expected as it came from abroad but the company kept me updated on the journey through to it being delivered to my house .
I feel that the company doesn’t deserve the poor reviews and I will definitely be ordering more items from them.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for reasonably priced quality items.

I ordered a jersey on 5th September which has never been dispatched. I’ve emailed multiple times and never gotten a response. I’m now trying to get a chargeback through my bank. This company is a scam, do not order.
I purchased the South African artwork…
I purchased the South African artwork version – the design itself is great, but unfortunately the execution is poor.
Fit: The arms are too short, there are no rubber grips to keep the jersey snug against the body, and the seams feel bulky.
Sizing: My chest is 97 cm. According to their site, I should wear a Medium, but I ordered a Small just in case. Even so, the jersey was super baggy. This style of fit might have been acceptable 10 years ago, but modern cycling kit needs to be aero – and flapping in the wind is slow.
Customer Service: I emailed asking about a return or a discount on a size XS. They replied once to request my chest size, but then ignored the following three emails.
In the end, I ordered from another site. Very disappointing experience.

To be fair after seeing reviews on here i wasn't expecting it to turn up. But after 9 days my top is here . Quality if fine and for the price of 34 quid in comparison to castelli and rapha prices you cant compare. Only criticism is the colour... its supposed to be pink but is more lilac to be honest. Happy enough
No response about jersey broken soon after purchase
They sent me a cycling jersey whose zip broke after about 3 rides and washes and their "customer service" will not respond to my request for advice. Very frustrating.

They don't reply to emails , as soon as I got PayPal involved they dispatched my cycling top . after many emails trying to cancel my order , I must have sent 10 emails in 2 weeks asking them to cancel .
The top came the quality isn't great .
So I don't hold out much hope in getting an address to send the top back , so I've given up and that the hit of losing my money .
