I initially had a frustrating experience with my direct order (#Quntis5737) due to a severe local courier issue: the package was delivered to the wrong city with a fake signature.

However, I am updating this review to 5 stars because of how exceptional their Customer Service was in fixing this. Lexi from the Quntis team personally reached out to me, sincerely apologized for the logistics failure, and immediately issued a full refund. They essentially took a financial loss just to ensure my satisfaction and make things right, which shows they genuinely care about their customers.

In the meantime, I had already repurchased the item on Amazon and I must say the product itself works perfectly.

I ordered this material before and it arrived damaged. I asked for an RMA so we can get a replacement. Doesn't seem like anyone cared too much about helping us get this resolved. I even attached photos of the damaged equipment. But you guys had no problem forcing me to buy another. Not cool.

It was about 3 weeks until my item was shipped and it took another 1.5 to be delivered (they shipped from Shenzen in China). Waiting for shipment was a bit flustrating but support answers were friendly and kind. In the end my light bar was delivered, packaging and quality of a bar looks very good. It works nice so all in all i am happy ( I am located in Poland)

There was a special offer on the website banner (top of the page using french) stating "buy 1 get 15% off, buy 2 get 25% off, buy 3+ get 30% off".
This discount was not applied whenever I put 1, 2 or 3 items in the cart. Instead a smaller discount was applied. I was really disappointed and it felt like a scam. The support also couldn't help me.
When you announce some offer you should stick to it. Not serious...

Website is declared as US, but all data is transferred to and processed in Mainland China. Did not receive purchased product for weeks. Customer service does not reply to requests after purchase.

Great quality product, I would say it's better than the overpriced options I. The market. I would give 5 stars if they clearly indictated the shipping times, as I saw a few days but realistically it took almost 2 weeks.

The adhesive did not hold when applied to the underside of a shelf. Even after cleaning the surface, it repeatedly came loose. It may work better on flat upright surfaces, but it was not effective for overhead use. As a result, the light falls down daily!

I didn't have any information about the status of the order for at least 10 days

Order was placed on July 11, and until now I did not receive the package (Sep 4). First there was issue with the stock, then it was my address (they claim that they contacted me regarding my address, but I didn’t receive any message, and I wouldn’t know if I didn’t contact them).
Overall, worst experience by far.

You asked me to review a product that I still have not received. Said it shipped August 20th. It is Sep 3rd.

probleme die rücksendung zu beantragen und kundenservice braucht lange zum antworten. außerdem bekommt man das produkt aus einem deutschen lager, muss aber die retoure selber bezahlen und nach china versenden. sehr ungewöhnlich.
