I just received my very first Pecron, the F5000LFP. I literally just finished setting it up a couple of hours ago so this review is mostly about my experience with the purchase and delivery. 100% excellent.
It came packaged extremely well with a ton of nice foam and double thick cardboard.
Came a day earlier than the tracking had led me to believe so that was a nice surprise.
They also threw in a U20 adapter kit which is fantastic. When I was setting it up I had to call support because I couldn't get the the casters to screw on to dolly.
It was my own fault, I just wasn't screwing hard enough. But they answered on the fourth ring and I didn't even have to hold. Manuel encourage me to just twist it a little harder and sure enough it went in.
I was so happy with the whole experience I immediately ordered an E1000LFP.
I'm mainly going to use this for power shaving because I pay $0.03 a kilowatt hour at night and $0.27 a kilowatt hour during dinner rush. So tonight we made dinner off the power that came stored on this thing when it arrived. We used the microwave, the kettle, and the air fryer.
I'm looking forward to all the cool things I can do with this. But mainly knowing next winter if we have another ice storm I'll have some power.

We had a multi‑day power outage recently, and this kept our lights, fridge, and medical equipment running the whole time. I was honestly shocked at how much run‑time I got. It’s a bit bulky but very solidly built. If you live somewhere with frequent outages, this is worth the investment. I sleep better knowing I have it ready.

I had an issue with a e1500lfp power station not recognizing the external battery. Made a voice call, got a response in a day or so. My warranty was expired and it was a refurb. Anyway took a few weeks of back and forth and trying a few things. But ultimately I received a new battery mangement board. It corrected the issue. Kein was very pleasent to deal with and was pretty responsive considering likely time zone differences.

My experience with Pecron has been a good one so far and I am optimistic about purchasing more products from them as their customer service was exceptional as was the timely response in taking care of my issues. Kein's can do attitude was AWESOME and his knowledge of their products was very helpful in assisting me to set up our back up power needs. Thank you Kein!

I have been working with Kein on a couple of issues. I have had some problems that were operater error, some defect and some requests for changes to how things operate. Kein has been quick to respond and has actually sent in my requests. Kein has been respectful and patient with all my inquiries. Kein is 5 star. Plus a great product especially for the price.

Took this on a week-long trip, and it powered our fridge, TV, and devices easily. Love all the output options and the fast recharge. Definitely better than some of the other brands I looked at.

This thing is beefy! It easily handles my fridge, lights, and tools during power outages. The build quality feels solid, and it charges quickly when plugged in. I'm very impressed for the price.

Good power station overall with plenty of outlets. Shipping took longer than I expected, but once it arrived it did exactly what I need it to do for camping trips and home use. Great value for what you get!

Kein was very helpful in getting my problem with my Pecron E300LFP resolved.

I contacted Pecron inquiring about the E3800LFP with Extended batteries. Quick, professional, and Friendly service. Order two 3800 systems with 12 Extended batteries. The process with quick and without any hickups. The two 3800's and the 240V box arrived a couple of days ago in perfect condition. The batteries will be here in two days. I already have a rack system built and ready to mount the whole system on. Great people to work with, and excited to get the whole system together and hook it up to the house.

I have had a wonderful experience with customer service, specifically "Kein." I had some issues with a unit I bought and he has addressed every issue I had quickly and even gave me an upgrade considering what happened in my specific case. Thank you so much Kein for all your help in this situation, It really means a lot to me

I have owned my Pecron E3600 & EP3000 for over one year. Initial unboxing , assembly and operation went flawlessly. All cables and related items were enclosed with no missing items. My experience thus far has been exemplary in all respects. Their Technical/Customer Service has been very helpful in answering inquiries. As to the actual performance of my units, it has been as expected. I ran my Refrigerator for 4+ days, my 52" TV for 5+ days and computers, printer and charging stations on a continuing basis. I must send kudos to Manuel and Lily for their prompt response to any of this novices inquiries. Richard Shafer

Kein has helped me several times to help me learn app. Always responded usually next day to messages.

I have the E1000LFP. The unit fits my needs for portability over power. But having the expansion port gives me the ability to add capacity when needed. I've tested it up to 1900w continuous run time and found it to be rock solid but will see a decrease in VAC output after about 50% battery. Lowest I recorded was 114vac which is still within 5%.

The unit struggles to, but will, start and run my 12amp circular saw. The inrush current on this saw is large, near 22amps and the E1000 handled it.

I had an issue (self induced) and fried a few capacitors on the main control board. This was completely my fault as I mistakenly fed current into the 12v output port. I hadn't realized my brother's camper converter was still selected on and when his wife fired up their generator for coffee we back fed somewhere in the neighborhood of 50amps into the output port.

Again, my fault. I contacted Pecron just to explain the situation in hopes that a warning or maybe firmware update could prevent another from frying their unit like I did.

I was greeted kindly and asked some questions about my experience and if I would be willing to replace the board myself. I have an engineering background and have worked with electronics for years. I agreed to accomplish the work myself and Pecron sent me a new board free of charge!

I am more than pleased to announce that the unit functions perfectly again. This is excellent modular design! My experience with their customer service has been first class all the way. I received timely responses and was treated more than fair.
