I have not received confirmation of my order. Sent an email to customer services but no reply as yet. They have my money, but o have no idea if they will be dispatched by who or when

Le service client est déplorable… Je ne laisse pas tout le temps des avis mais la c’est du jamais vu…
J’ai commander un pack pour coller les puzzle, mon colis arrive abîmé et donc les feuilles à l’intérieur sont tous pliées abîmée, le cartons est inutilisable, j’envoie donc un message pour en recevoir un nouveau. Il me propose un remboursement de 10%. Je leur dis que non j’en veux un autre car je ne peux pas l’utiliser, ils insistent en disant que si et qu’il ne me renverront. Je demande donc un remboursement entier car j’irais commander ailleurs. Il ne veulent pas non plus et hein sur ne répondent plus après cela.
Dommage… leur puzzles sont vraiment bien…

J'ai écrit hier sur ce site ou peut-être parce que la commande que j'avais faite il y a plus de 2 semaines il était toujours pas arrivé.
Je m'en excuse auprès de quordle qui m'a répondu dans la journée, et en plus j'ai reçu le colis quelques heures après.
C'était ma deuxième commande, la première c'était très bien passé, et je peux dire maintenant que la deuxième commande s'est très bien passé aussi si ce n'est le temps, qui finalement n'est que le temps de mon impatience.
Encore merci à vous pour ces puzzles d'une tres de qualité,

Ich habe nach 6 Wochen Wartezeit die Informationen bekommen, dass das Paket zugestellt wurde. Ich habe aber leider keine Ware bekommen.

Betrüger, kaputte Puzzles, weder Erstattung noch neue Puzzles erhalten. Absoluter Schrott. Kauft hier nicht!!!

I’ve never had any physical issue with Quordle when buying the service has never been less than Excellent but I can see that as a Company their Facebook page has always been “Last Chance to buy as closing down” I’m now seeing this on their Website as well so it leaves any buyer confused.
My ask would be simple. So for the last 2.5 years you’ve been telling us your closing down getting rid of your warehouse overstock, at what stage should I never buy for fear of you gong down the pan and stealing my money. Believe me if you do that I would not hesitate to gather people here a Sue the owner for fraud.

With hesitation, I ordered 4 of these. They are small but so cute and fun. They have puzzle shapes with little snimals in it. The Sea turtle obe had animal shapes in the pieces. We truly enjoyed these puzzles. They are also a bit of a challenge. We loved it!

I ordered over $100 of puzzles because my friend had gotten puzzles from them. I never received them. What I did receive is "proof" of delivery photo of my package at someone elses place on my block - too blurry to identify for sure exactly where. The refused to do anything about it. The delivery company they used has one star everywhere and apparently is notorious for losing things and quordle itself required communication evidence with them but guess what? The company they hired does not respond to reports of lost packages at all. I had more than a negative experience because not only did I lose a lot of money but also hours of time writing emails and filling out forms. The first time I messaged quordle they even gave me the wrong shipping number so when I tried to contact the local delivery service it wouldnt even accept my information. -100 out of 5 stars

Pour commencer, délai de livraison très long. J'ai commandé un puzzle arbre de vie de taille M (35x35 cm environ, d'après le site), après avoir assemblé ce puzzle, je m'aperçois qu'il mesure 21x21 cm, ce n'est même pas la taille du S.
Extrêmement déçue !

I ordered three puzzles and they arrived within two weeks. I noticed they had been sitting in Bloomingdale IL for a few days and contacted customer service. The next day my puzzles were on the move. The puzzles are a challenge, it took me two days to put one of them together. It was beautiful.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Habe zwei Holz Puzzle bestellt. Diese kam schnell an. Jedoch stanken sie sehr nach verbranntem Holz. Ich habe sie zwei Wochen draußen liegen lassen, aber der Geruch ist nicht verflogen. Nach Anfrage beim Kundenservice nach einem kostenlosen Retoure wurde mir geantwortet, dass die Rücksendung nach China selber bezahlen muss. Dieses steht in den AGBs so nicht drin. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen eines kostenlosen Retoure Belegs, antwortet der Kundenservice nun nicht mehr und ich bleibe auf den stinkenden Puzzles leider sitzen. Keine Kaufempfehlung!

I ordered several puzzles from them a few years ago when they claimed they would „close“ shop and have „special prices for finale sale“. It was just a ploy, and they still sell at the same prices today. Still, I tried the puzzles and they work great and look pretty. So would I put super high trust in them? No, but at least it wasn’t a complete scam and I still got a working product. Probably with worse material quality than it could be, but in a puzzle, that doesn’t matter too much to me. Thankfully I didn’t need customer support or had problems with delivery.

Site d’arnaqueur le puzzle devait mesurer 45x45 en fait il ne fait que 30x30 et des pièces en mauvais état bombé je pense qu’il sont stockés dans un dépôt humide ne commandez pas chez eux

I purchased 2 of the large stand-up Puzzles for my grandkids. They are beautiful and fun, but do they ever stink! Whew! I told "Quordle Puzzles" about it a month too late for them to do anything about it, so don't make the same mistake I did! We had to set the puzzles outside to air-out but eventually had to throw them in the garbage! 😢

Chyba juz od roku jak nie dluzej widze reklamy, ze niby sklep sie zamyka i wyprzedaja taniej...

Bezczelnie klamia, zeby naciagnac klinetow, ze niby w promocyjnej cenie kupuja...

Skoro klamia juz na starcie to mozna sobie reszte dodac...

Nie otrzymałam nawet mojego zamówienia a zwrotu pieniędzy nie chcą zrobić mimo, że mam potwierdzenie. Kupiłam puzzle z tak zwanej wyprzedaży zamknięcia sklepu co także było oszustwem. Oszustwo i strata pieniędzy.

Puzzles are much smaller than described, and arrived from China in damaged boxes. I wrote emails, sent photos and all the customer service I received from them was "we understand your feelings" and "sorry for inconvenience". No doubt the response to this review will be nothing but a show of concern and desire to help if I write to them (again). Quordle puzzles have no regard for buyer rights and from start to finish give misleading statements. I wish I had read reviews before I bought from them. AVOID.

I sent for a puzzle a while back which I was very pleased with. It was beautiful and vibrant. So I sent for another one for my daughter.When we put it together it was very dull. It looked as though their printers were running out of ink. When I sent pictures of this to quordle puzzles they sent this “we saw the photos you posted isn’t this puzzle very normal. Waiting for your reply.” I’ve emailed twice, to receive the same reply.

I left a review 5 days ago, as the company had not responded to my email. They wrote back on here that I was to contact them via email, which I did again. They have still not responded, terrible customer service. Are you going to replace the puzzles with broken boxes????

The commercials are great! I nearly purchased four of the larger ones, but I've been scammed several times from FB commercials, so instead of pushing the purchase button on my cart I thought I would look up the company first. And I'm glad I did.
