They have had an ad on Instagram or Facebook For the past three years saying they are "closing" but they actually aren't. The puzzles are cheap and the customer service is nonexistent. The puzzles take weeks if not months to be delivered from China. Don't fall for the scam

Die Firma gibt vor die Produktion von Holzpuzzles aufzugeben und macht deswegen einen Abverkauf.
Das ist gelogen.

Am 16.08.2024 bekam ich folgende Mail:
"Liebe Honig,
Unsere brandneuen Holzpuzzles sind jetzt verfügbar – "

Ich denke das ist "Unlauterer Wettbewerb"

I bought 14 puzzles. I love them, yes they are a little smaller than the description but who cares I got 14 wooden puzzles for less than $100. Also according to their shipping schedule I should have received them in 10-14 business days I got them in 9. Not everything is a scam.

Wollten sie den laden schon vor 2 Jahren schliessen? Was zum Teufel?! Ich habe im märz für ca. 70,00 Sfr. Puzzles gekauft. An- und für sich wären sie schön, wenn nicht bei 6 Stück bei jedem was falsch wäre. Entweder fehlt die Anleitung, es ist das falsche Puzzle drin oder sie sind beschädigt. Die Beschädigung ist an den Holzpuzzles selber und man kann sie am Schluss sehr gut sehen. Verpackt kommen sie in Plastikbeuteln, was zur Folge hat, dass diese alle im Karton beschädigt sind. Was ich damit sagen will, wenn man vor hat diese zu verschenken, dann würde man sich nur blamieren. Ich wollte alle verschenken und habe sie doch nicht verschenkt, da die Qualität einfach nur peinilich ist! Das was die Website verspricht, wird auf nichtster Weise eingehalten, denn wenn jedes Puzzles sorgfältig kontrolliert werden würde, wie sie dies auf ihrer Website behaupten, dann wäre nicht bei jedem was falsch. Der Support intressiert sich null und sie kennnen ihre Versprechen nicht mal. Am Schluss erhälst du immer automatische Mailantworten, keine welche auf dich selber beantwortet wurden. Wie soll man auch überprüfen, ob die Puzzles in Ordnung sind und sie dann Originalverpackt retour schicken können? Man muss diese auspacken, zum nachsehen ob alles korrekt ist damit. Sie versprechen, dass man nur 1x Porto bezahlt und wenn man das retour schicken will, dann sagen sie einem man musse das Porto dann trotzdem selber bezahlen. Das würde in meinem Fall 40.- Kosten, somit mehr als die Hälfte des Einkaufspreises, was einfach nur Betrug ist. Ich werde dies nun alles zur Anzeige bringen, gegen Betrug. Bitte nicht bestellen, man erhält 1:1 die gleichen Puzzles auf Billigwebsiten, wie Wish, Temu, Amazon dort bezahlt man ca. 2.- Pro-Puzzle.

Anscheinend wurde es versandt. Verfolgungslink vorhanden. Dann-angeblich Postadresse nicht gefunden. (??) Nach einem Mail mit google map printscreen und Einzeichnung der Adresse wurde es erneut versendet. (Alle anderen Bestellungen erreichten jeweils das Ziel)Dann-es ging nicht weiter. Wieder Mail geschrieben. Antwort. Es sei niemand zu Hause gewesen…!!! Der Versandhändler habe das Paket zurück geschickt. Nun können sie es nicht nochmals versenden sagen sie.
Jeweils schnelle und freundliche Reaktion.
Auf Aufforderung wurde mein überwiesener Betrag immer noch nicht zurück überwiesen!! Muss nun Paypal einschalten. Echt mühsam und enttäuschend!
Dauer: nun schon fast 2 Monate. Sollte ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Mutter werden.

I ordered a couple of puzzles on 7-15-24. If company is in Colorado, why does it have to go to Compton, ca, then China, then all the way back to Compton. It is now 7-21-24. Good thing they are going out of business because they suck. If they stuck around, I would never buy from them again. I'm stuck because sales are final, or else I would have requested my money back.

Quordle definitely fun to play buy I do have a complaint and if it doesnt change i will find another game. When the word rhymes with three plus other words and you usually have all but the first letters it's just a guessing game that wipes out your stats! There is no skill involved and its not fun.

The box of a personalised jigsaw arrived squashed. Unfortunately, the company refused to take responsibility and blamed transport. Yet, it was their responsibility to package it appropriately.
They offered 20% off as a good will gesture, which is an insult as the jigsaw was meant to be a special present and I can’t give it anymore. I wouldn’t recommend them. There are other brands doing similar jigsaws with better customer service. Very disappointing.

Fake... It's a dropshipper site, the whole story about going out of business is fake.

Don't order.

Appalling! Do not order they are a factory in china taking orders after the fact that they are lying about family biz closing. Dreadful quality! Teeny tiny puzzles! Wish i could post a photo of their “ large” puzzle box which is the size of a drink coaster! Stay clear! You are welcome!

No problem with the product itself. Somehow my order got doubled and I wanted return the duplicated order.
Company states it will accept return for refund within 30 days. My puzzles were mailed to me from a Southern California USA address. What Quordle doesn't tell you is that product to be returned must be mailed to an address in China, and the cost of mailing could exceed the price of the puzzle. This makes Quordle's policy of return useless in real life.

Ich bin begeistert, die Lieferung hat lange gedauert, jedoch sind die Puzzles wunderschön und sie zusammenzusitzen tut so gut, wie selber sorgfältig zu zeichnen.

I ordered the small puzzles, all on sale. The approximate size of the puzzles for a small is 10 in. X 10 in. The first one I did was only 7 in by 7 in. So I emailed the company and they said they are approximate sizes and are sorry that I am not happy with my purchase. Asked them for a return label and haven't heard a response back. The second puzzle I did because I ordered five turns out to be 5 and 1/2 in square. Again I emailed them. I've heard nothing back. Approximate size I said would be maybe a half inch or inch off, not three inches and definitely not 4 inches off. Still no comments back. Don't expect much. They finally responded. I can return the puzzles, but I have to pay for shipping, even tho their description is such BS.

I received an email from Trust Pilot that Quordles wanted more info. I have 3 days to respond or Quordles could not recognize my review as genuine.

I don't have a way to add pictures. This doesn't let me attach any. So here are the measurements of the six puzzles I ordered. None of which are 10x10 or even close.

Bird puzzle- 5 3/4 in by 5 3/4 in
Fish puzzle- 5 1/2 in. X 6 1/2 in
Turtle puzzle- 7 1/2 in. X 8 1/2 in
Dinosaur puzzle- 8 1/2 in. X 6 in
Elephant puzzle- 7 1/2 in by 7 in
Butterfly puzzle- 6 in. X 7 in

Again, when I emailed what I got back was that the 10 in X 10 in was an estimate. It's not even close.

Die Lieferung hat sehr lange gedauert und ich hatte schon die Befürchtung, dass nichts ankommt. Tatsächlich war das Puzzle dann im Briefkasten- auf den ersten Blick auch sehr hübsch- aber jetzt kommt mein absoluter Minuspunkt: dad Puzzle ist nicht vollständig und es fehlen schätzungsweise 10 Teile! Eine absolute Unverschämtheit! Ein unvollständiges Puzzle!

Ich habe trotz der schlechten Bewertungen bestellt und mit Paypal bezahlt.
Die Lieferung hat zwar etwas länger gedauert als angegeben war, aber die Puzzles sind ordentlich verpackt bei mir angekommen. Und ich finde sie echt toll. Sauber gearbeitet und tolle Farben.

Puzzles de mauvaise qualité.,pièces manquantes, défauts de peinture ....j ai renvoyé le colis...bloqué en douane au moins 3 mois et refus de remboursement....et surprise on me renvoie le colis bien évidemment refusé....

The package should have been sent on the 24th of June and delivery time was 1st-4th of July. It is still in China... who knows when or if I receive it. It is a huge lie saying the magazine is in Poland instead of China. Moreover it is a pure scam with the sentence: "we are closing". The are just cowards as they are deleting all negative comments in their posts on Facebook. It is not possible to warn potential customers....
