Was reasonably priced, had more hits than expected, had fun

My partner purchased a Prismatic SPC from this vendor for £190 at a card show. The item was clearly priced at £190, the seller confirmed the price, entered it into the card machine, and the payment was successfully completed.
After my partner had left with the item, the seller followed him around the venue claiming it had been priced incorrectly and that they had made a loss. They asked for the item back and requested additional payment if we “wanted to keep it”, which my partner declined, as the purchase had already been completed at the stated price.
The seller continued to follow my partner and pursue the matter in front of other vendors and implied that we had effectively taken the item unfairly, despite the fact it had been clearly priced and properly paid for. This made the situation particularly uncomfortable.
They were also unwilling to provide an immediate cash refund and instead suggested we either return the item or he’ll “do us a favour” by paying allowing us to pay £240 (their claimed cost price), stating it was intended to be sold for £290.

While mistakes can happen, the way this was handled felt unprofessional and made the overall experience awkward and uncomfortable and has put us off attending card shows completely.

DO NOT BUY FROM RADIANT CHAIN! I was the highest bidder on an ebay live stream they refused to send the item because they didn't get the price they wanted. They claim there was glitches in the stream which ebay confirmed there was not! Highly unprofessional for a business, and lets face it pretty pathetic. Even when I asked for a refund, they had the nerve to wait for ebay to force them. avoid this seller! This is the type of behaviour you expect from the odd private seller, not a business.

Fast and easy to get and I would say prices are fair

I placed an order for collection and couldn’t make it, my wife went to the store to collect for me and said it was a little daunting. That all went away once she walked through the door, the owner and staff welcomed her with open arms and guided her through the store as we were buying more.
