My sauna smelled like glue for weeks and continues to give me headaches when I try to use it. I am sensitive with a chronic illness and I researched a lot before choosing this sauna. Yet they actually use glue inside the sauna for all the slats that run across the black fabric that covers the heaters.

It is a food grade glue that, while it is very low VOC, has never been tested at persistent high heat like you have in a tight sauna.

My body being in this state is like a canary in the coal mine. There are chemicals being released in this sauna when it heats up. They might not be VOCs, but they are there and we don't have any data on how they affect human health when being breathed in over and over again.

I have also tried to contact them about this, and also about the possibility of a return since the recall began, and have consistently been ignored.

We researched safest, healthiest sauna. RH is a marketing machine company. We got sauna and set it up. Took forever to do with 3 people. Less than a month later get a recall warning it is a fire hazard stop using immediately. I emailed company to return. They said contact the 3rd party recall company. I did and silence. Called RH and they said a manager would contact me. That was a week and a half ago. All I’ll say is buyer beware. They only want to talk to you when buying or stroking their marketing machine. Will abandoned customers with issues. If anyone else mad about this recall and lack of communication speak out.

Have my new 3 person sauna 8 weeks and absolutely love it.
Works great and quality wise it's excellent. Already see benefits of using it 3 times a week.

I did an extensive search for a sauna as a first time purchaser. I looked at saunas on Amazon to high end saunas. I reviewed comments everywhere I could find them and recommendations from “experts”.

I could not be more pleased with my sauna or the Radiant Health Sauna company. I was having my first sauna session with all of the packing material prepared for disposal in under two hours. The sauna is handsome and just as described in their advertising and website.

In addition, the company is ethical and takes customer service SERIOUSLY. FedEx Freight lost the original sauna, not sure how you misplace a 450 pound pallet, and Radiant Health made sure they did everything possible to get me a sauna. They shipped another sauna in just a few days of the “loss” with Old Dominion Freight and I had my new sauna. FedEx finally found the original about a month later. Business opportunity for some company to fix their distribution systems.

Then, totally unexpected, I received a $500 credit to my CC from Radiant Health Sauna for my “trouble”. It wasn’t their fault FedEx lost the pachyderm but they wanted to make that gesture. You don’t find companies like Radiant Health Sauna very much anymore.

Oh, and I’m getting the benefits of the infrared sauna that I expected. An all around winning purchase.
