My order was processed with no fuss whatsoever. Delivery was fast, packaging of the rad was great and it was delivered with no issues.
I will 100% use Radiator King again.

Refund process not so perfect!
The product is perfect and delivery was great, my only negative is if you need a refund. My order went through twice and although i alerted them immedietly they said they couldn't refund and i just had to reject the order on delivery and then they would refund. I'm still trying to get a refund nearly two weeks later. I rejected the order on the 14th May and im still waiting for a refund. I was advised on the 18th May it would be with me with 5 days and i got told again yesterday it would be another 5 days this is despite me calling daily to chase things up! Hopefully it will happen!

Having had a courier that didn’t deliver as promised, RadiatorKing sorted out a rescheduled delivery date and listened to feedback about their partner courier company.
RadiatorKing are a family run business and care a lot about customer service and their reputation.

Good company to deal with
So far the company have been very helpful and welcoming. Fitted the 2 radiators ordered and they are perfect. I ordered valves but didnt use them. I called to ask about returning and Lucy at customer support was wonderful and sent me an email with the return instructions.
I have now returned and awaiting refund.
Well done Lucy and all at radiator king for you pleasant and professional service.

This was the first time I have used RadiatorKing and I was very impressed. Not only was the product delivered in a very short time but it was expertly packaged to such a high standard there was no chance of any transit damage. The price I paid was also very competitive and the communication I had with RadiatorKing was also 1st class. I’m already looking to place another order with them soon and can’t rate them highly enough.

Great Quality 2 Column Radiators
From first visiting Radiator King website, I was impressed by the choice of column radiator sizes available to order. Easy to order. Took a little longer to deliver by the 3rd party, but was advised of this on their website and their customer service team was helpful. When Received both radiators were well packaged and amazing quality, all the fixings were provided, even rawlplugs included, which impressed me. Overall, I would highly recommend Radiator King and will be purchasing all our Radiators from them in future while we go through our house renovation.

Outstanding customer service
Just received outstanding service from this company. I needed a small radiator to replace an old faulty one in my ensuite bathroom. Placed the order online on a Tuesday evening and the radiator was delivered to my door first thing the following Friday . Superbly and securely packaged . Communication from order to delivery was faultless.
The radiator has since been installed and gives off superb heat from such a relatively small object . It came with simple to follow installation instructions . although I left that to my plumber.
Would have no hesitation using this company again.

Easy to order, really pleased with price and speed of delivery. Ttiple column radiators look stunning and really throw out a lot of heat. I only wish there were more widths available.

Issue resolved quickly, good customer service
Ordered a lovely white panel radiator for our new bathroom. Product delivered 6 weeks prior to installation in pristine packaging. When it came to installation, radiator had two substantial cosmetic marks on opposite sides.
Contacted company who apologised and dealt with issue quickly. New radiator re-issued and arrived in a few days. Very pleased with timeliness of response and resolution.
