Amazing service
Amazing service, Great website, which is easy to use. The radiators are very stylish and modern. The anthracite grey is a perfect colour for any room. I would highly recommend this family run business.

Delivery issues resolved with care.
It’s fair to say there were issues with the delivery of my order from Radiator King. Having fed back the issues to them it’s really reassuring they to know they listened to my concerns and reached out to me directly to rectify what went wrong. I bought a tall single panel anthracite…
I bought a tall single panel anthracite radiator for my dining room. I'm very happy, the radiator looks fantastic and it kicks out so much heat. I replaced an old double panel ugly looking thing and this has really transformed the room.
I ordered the radiator on the Monday after a quick phone call in which they said it'd arrive by Wednesday. Great service and great quality.

Ive been waiting weeks for my radiator…
Ive been waiting weeks for my radiator to arrive. For sone unlnown reason this company cannot track there shipments and advise when a delivery will be made. I was told to leave a note on the door to tell the delivery driver where to leave the radiator if there was no answer? That was weeks ago.
Seems crazy that they cannot use a courier that can be tracked.
Really dissatisfying, especially after to to contact the company by phone and email ive only recieved generic reply.
Getting tomthe point im going to ask for a refund

Ordered online with ease from a good selection and they were delivered on time in superb protective packaging.

Communication by Radiator King was clear and concise and so we could plan for the installation without any issues. Delivery was timely as notified and the radiator is as described. Oh yeah, Radiator King had the best price and this is why we purchased from them.

Impressed with service ie emails updating me on delivery rads were packaged very well no way they could of got damaged which is always a worry the price was very good for very well made radiators that look fantastic in my home a real feature point highly recommend I’ve fitted many radiators as I am a plumber

We purchased a new tall designer…
Having spoken to Ross at Radiator King about the issues we were experiencing, he immediately offered either a brand-new radiator or a full refund, along with a replacement set of valves.
Ross was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and I honestly can’t recommend Radiator King enough. Their customer care and after-sales service are truly outstanding. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands by its products and looks after its customers so well.

I have been an sily ordered the wrong…
I have been an sily ordered the wrong radiator . Husband put up . And could not return . But on getting home I saw white valves on my radiator . Asked husband where the anthracite ones where he said I dont know these are what was here so I put radiator on .
Contacted to be told they had been delivered and as proof was given I could not say much and that was it . I dont know how I have gone from a box with valves that are white to delivery of anthracite. I am now to have to go out an purchase ones for the radiator and will go to somewhere I can see what I am getting . Yes husband has had a roasting for not checking and letting me know we had wrong valves before putting all together . This is why I like to see what I am buying from a shop as you feel accused of theft from someone on an email
