Ordered and paid and left a message in notes saying I was happy to pay for shipping (rather than free) as I live in the Outer Hebrides....otherwise was happy to have item shipped to a mainland Scotland Address (glasgow) and arrange further on shipping myself from there. Was told I cannot send item to a ''non verified'' address (ok, so what about another courier company rather than my sisters), still no.....but I cannot send the item to my 'verified'' address as it is in the Outer Hebrides and we do not dispatch to there....no, I can't pay for it as we have an agreement with the courier company and it does not include this postcode. Arghhhhhhhhhh!

Good price, but radiator was not in stock which I didn't know when ordering, had to wait a week and a half to receive delivery when I was desperate for it to finnish a job. Otherwise everything was fine , next time I would phone them first to confirm it was in stock.

Great service , delivered quickly and the chap who placed the items in my garage was very helpful.

Not only they could supply a 2400x300 radiator which I was almost loosing hope to find, but from a great brand at an amazing low price! Great delivery service too.

Finding the radiator style I wanted was easy. Finding the exact size / rating was not. Sales staff sorted it out in the end. What didn't help was that each company had different catalogs with similar products but not the same sizes/singles / doubles available.

Easy to buy, lots of choice, and bery reasonable. Would definitely recommend, and will use again.

I ordered the radiator and having received a confirmation email stating the delivery date, I took a days' holiday. The radiator didn't arrive and I didn't receive any notification. I had to ring up and ask why it hadn't been delivered and to select a new day, another day off.

Nothing wrong with the product but very frustrating, a bad first time use experience.

I ordered some radiators online to match existing. Ordering was easy an dthey arrived quickly with no fuss. Hurrah!

Efficient ordering and delivery

I ordered a Myson Kickspace 800 and was quoted a delivery date two weeks ahead.
The day before the delivery was due I had an email to say that the delivery was now delayed a further 3 days. It didn't arrive. Later I was informed that it had gone to a company in Cardiff and a phone number given. I rang the number and they didn't know anything about, it eventually turned out they had give me the number of a different
branch. After more phone calls, eventually Radiators.co.uk gave me another delivery date and the item arrived nearly a month after the order, delivered by yet a different plumbing supplies company. In summary: Why does BHL operate under so many different company names? Why no tracking information? Why is it so unclear that the delivery chain involves more than one other company?

The item was a good price, is installed and works well, but phew....

Quality product at a good price, beat every other price locally and on-line.
