Received the unbranded product
2 weeks later.
It works!
Just looked online the original product is still advertised (out of stock) $660????? Same item number as originally ordered!

Thank you for your feedback, and apologies for the confusion. Your experience deserves a clearer explanation than you received at the time.
The product you originally ordered (Wireless Pacific WP6WC-T) was priced at $498, discounted from its $660 RRP. The $660 you later saw against that item number online was this recommended retail price, not the product back on sale. Unbeknown to us when you placed your order, the manufacturer had discontinued this product, we only discovered this when we went to fulfil your order, and that due to an oversight the listing had not yet been removed from our website. We contacted you the very next day, and we've since updated the listing to show the product is discontinued and removed the pricing, so the same confusion can't arise again.
We then offered to specially procure an alternative six-bay charger from a different manufacturer, selected to suit both of your radio models, and you kindly confirmed by email that you were happy to proceed with the quoted price and 6–8 week lead time. This is not a product we normally stock or list on our website; our team specifically sourced it to fulfil your requirement. To help make up for the delay, we also shipped it to you by StarTrack express at our cost, and we're pleased it reached you in around 2 weeks, well ahead of the timeframe quoted.
The unit supplied, the CRS UMBC6, is priced at its manufacturer's RRP of $660 + GST, plus CRS's $25 + GST freight to bring it in — a total of $753.50, within 50 cents of the $754 you paid. You paid the standard retail price for the replacement, not a marked-up one. The additional $256 simply reflects the difference between the discounted price of your original order and the RRP of a different product from a different brand.
It is a genuine CRS UMBC6, supplied by CRS and itemised on your invoice, though we appreciate we didn't name the brand when offering the alternative, so it's understandable it wasn't obvious what you'd received, and we should have made that clearer. We're glad to hear it's working well.

The items you ordered were bespoke headsets imported from Sweden, which typically have a 3–4 week lead time. When the supplier mistakenly sent the wrong part, we contacted you immediately and offered either a refund or to reorder the correct items. You confirmed by email which items you wished to reorder, and the correct parts arrived within the updated—though understandably extended—timeframe. To help minimise further delay, we provided express courier shipping at no additional cost.
When you later mentioned a possible fault, our service team reached out promptly, and you emailed us confirming that the issue had been resolved. We always stand behind our products, and if anything had been faulty, we would have replaced or refunded it right away.
