Firstly, I’d like to recommend this company to Anybody your postage and handling your packaging was excellent. Absolutely excellent one day in the post in my item was here.
Well I never knew I could buy a Kenwood handheld radio in Australia until my friend at work showed me online and your store, I could not believe it. I could finally buy myself a Kenwood handheld radio for work. I thank you very much and I will be buying from you guys again. Your one day Postage was unbelievable. I didn’t expect it. I thought it be here in about 4 or 5 days, 2 days and it was on my door step. Thank you very much, much appreciated.

Outstanding response to initial mistake
After initially acknowledging my order by email, Radio Wearhouse forgot to post my item After about two weeks I contacted the store by telephone, the response was outstanding. After apologising sincerely, Radio Wearhouse dispatched my radio by priority courier and it arrived from interstate the very next day.
I feel that Radio Wearhouse deserve a five star review since although there was initially an error I accept that human beings occasionally make mistakes. For be the response after being informed of the mistake was outstanding.
