The customer service from Raffaly was excellent. Can't fault it. My issues were resolved in less than 24hrs and my raffle was a great success. We will definitely be using them again.

UK based so if outside UK find an alternative
Although I ended up using a different platform because I'm not UK based I found the site easy to navigate, loved the no charges and the customer service was super fast and really helpful!

Site is hard to navigate
Site is terrible to navigate, issues with claiming prizes. Issues with even trying to buy tickets in the first place, too much going on and not enough ease of access, whoever designed the website needs a rethink

There were some issues on their website but were quickly sorted out, very helpful. Good experience overall, better than other similar website in multiple aspects 👍
