I'm skeptical of these sites however this site has proven to be well and truly trustworthy. On the instant prizes I've won no more than £2 however I never spend more than £2. I'm saving up my gems to treat myself. However this last week alone I have won a hydro flask and a fire pit. It really is luck of the draw, they have it on their website that they use a random generator and I truly believe they do. Can't recommend them enough.

Raffolux is more than just a raffle…
Raffolux is more than just a raffle site, it’s a community full of amazing people and ever growing family of players. I have been using raffolux consistently over the last 2 years and in my experience I have had multiple wins from £1000 cash £750 cash £500 cash, vouchers, apple products and even a lovely FaF hamper. The prizes up for grabs is endless. The staff and customers services is like no other. Raffloux team is amazing. Like i heard about it from a ad on tiktok . I tried so many but Raffloux is 10 out of 10 . They do Instant win games and Hoilday so many more .
The customer support is Brilliant.
Any help you can email them .Message them on messenger. Or by the app
Like I joined this month and I won the top prize on the Instant win they do the Cash club .

Good communication
Update: Raffolux closed out the issue and were very responsive!
Original issue: I went to buy a raffle ticket on Raffolux which was being advertised as Nintendo Switch 2 but if you scroll down further they are actually raffling off the Nintendo Switch 1 Oled model which is completely different and could be construed as misleading. I do have video evidence but can't submit unfortunately.

Horrendous
If there was a 0 , I would give it that, I ordered a raffle ticket for 2.99, paid on Apple Pay and it charged me 86.71.
They are refusing to give me my money back.
I will be taking this further as they clearly scammed me.
Please don’t use this site , absolutely horrendous, the tickets haven’t Evan been used yet. But now blocked my account

Our team investigated this issue and found that the charge was related to an order for multiple tickets for an instant win raffle. The price for the order would have been visible when adding these tickets to your basket, as well as at the checkout, before completing your order.
In terms of a refund, we unfortunately aren't able to provide one in accordance with our terms. The tickets were for an instant win raffle, meaning the chance to win had already been partially exhausted at the time of purchase, hence our inability to provide the refund.
We take responsible play and customer safety incredibly seriously, and due to the nature of some of the concerns raised, we have made the decision to restrict your account. Our customer service team is also currently waiting for a response from you, so we can assist with completing a payout from yesterday evening.
We look forward to hearing back from you and resolving this matter soon.

WOW there amazing
WOW ! Excellent customer service and support. I won £5 cash on a 1p scratchcard instant win. I ran into a little issue when entering my bank details for the cash payout. So I emailed raffolux customer service team and explained my issue and they responded fast and asked for my bank details. The next day I received my money. I am more than happy with my experience

Feel like the website was more genuine a few years ago now it feels like a money grab with the things they keep introducing

Superb Customer Service
I was delighted to win prizes, I choose cash over one of the prizes. I went on the chat to see if I could change back to original prize, Holly is amazing at her job & changed it, received email requesting my address then second email confirming delivery for tomorrow 21/05/2026 wowsers talk about efficiency. I would highly recommend people to try you've got to be in to win it
