Still having issues with the new site
Still having issues with the new site, keeps crashing, takes an online chat to receive any gem claims, and often get the site just going off and when I sign in again any credits have disappeared. Also, used to inform all players who won raffles which seem to have stopped. It’s like a different site! Does someone else own raffolux now?

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. Our updated site is new, and we welcome any and all feedback you might have at support@raffolux.com, as well as reporting anything that's not quite right. As for the gem store claims, you can redeem these instantly at the top, or there is a £5 credit for 100 gems option, which is processed manually by our team within 24 hours. Our team however, does check on this multiple times a day, so you'll never be waiting too long for the credit to arrive.
We can also confirm we're the same team, we just have some new tech. 💜

A site which is very easy to use
A site which is very easy to use. On similar sites I've given up with the purchase because of the endless pop ups, which drive me mad. The tickets are an excellent price and it's great to have free draws too. I'm the unluckiest person when it comes to winning anything but here's hoping!

Definitely one of the better Draw sites
In a recent glut of online competition website's, Raffolux rises up as easily, as one of the better one's.
Recently undergone a slick new makeover and have added some new free daily draws, which are really welcome change from many of it's competitors. The site is professionally run and payouts are instant (although on this site, you do have to manually claim wins, which is no bad thing). The customer service team are very responsive, if you ever need to.
