No communication

The batteries I ordered were just as advertised. You said you balanced the batteries and they were balanced to .1 volt. Also, you said I would get them in 3 days. They were shipped the same day I ordered them and in 3 days they were delivered. I've installed them and they work as they should.

The Raion batteries were about an inch bigger than the original Ryobi batteries so some adjustments needed to be made so they fit. It took a few hours and a trip to the hardware store to make them fit.

The battery I ordered was cheaper here than anywhere else, including with shipping. It arrived sooner than expected and is a perfect fit in my UPS. I've had it going for a few days now with no issues. I will likely purchase more from this seller in the future.

Quick shipping and well packaged. Quality of batteries. I was expecting Raion Group batteries, but got some other brand. Not a big issue as I didn't think Raion Group made batteries, but that was the impression with the order.

The manufacturer of the battery advertised at checkout was NOT the same as the one sent. I used the one sent only because I was in need.
