I ordered and paid for a beanie on June 3rd. Received an email June 11th saying it was on its way. Received another email on June 16th stating "we hope you love your beanie". To this day, I am still waiting for the beanie. The money has been taken out of my bank. The "Support" email will not reply to any of my queries.
Will not recommend this company to anyone.

After 5 veeks. No purchase arrived, no orderupdates, no no,no? But they answered when i asked for a refund and and maybe payed back my purchace to Klarna? I will see?

Loopwheeled T-Shirts. They are made from heavy cotton, therefore sit nice and straight. The loopwheel design really is a thing, and I think I will struggle to go back to my old t-shirts.

Amazing customer service, a breath of fresh air. We had a delivery problem, not raisedbysociety's fault (It was UK Royal Mail) and raisedbysociety fixed the issue very promptly with excellent comunication.

I bought two of their white loop wheel T-shirts. Both of them stained around the collar, from one use. I washed them as instructed, I even soaked one in borax overnight before washing. I've never had T-shirts stain like this immediately from one use, and it's not like I was working out in them.

My rating is actaully a NEGATIVE 1 star as they have ZERO customer service and are apparently very comfortable ripping off their customers. We have ordered over 15 beanies in a matter of one month only to find the size and fit on at least 12 of them to be erratic and sub-par to say the least. Then, though they approved a return (FOR EXCHANGE ONLY) we opted to accept replacements, rather tgan lise hundreds of dollars. Order returned and RECEIVED BY RAISED BY SOCIETY ON MAY 26, 2026. Proof of delivery sent to RBS to request status update on replacements. Was told in an email they were “on it” and to expect a shipping status of the replacement order within 2 weeks. It is now 7/13/26, 6 weeks later and NOTHING! Will have to report to State Attny General as this is obviously UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY, you’d have less stress watching your hard earned $ burn in a fire pit!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN MY 67 years!!!!

I ordered two items at a cost of +70€ in early April. However I am yet to receive anything. According to the courier “Raised by Society” haven sent anything yet. Maybe the truth is in the name. Steal and blame the “system”. With this type of delivery times many people I’ve talk to think I’ve been scammed. However when reading reviews it seems like most people at least received something. IDK… However my money has been in Their hands since more than 2 months so that part was easy :’(

Easy to order and an actual customer service person (Sheena) to speedily fix my mistake with address.

Scam. Great marketing.

Tshirt was low quality, returned at cost of £15 to post to netherlands.

Two months later - still not received a refund.

My wife bought me two fisherman’s beanies & I told her not too because of how overpriced they are. She still bought them & now I have two fisherman’s beanies where one fits, & the other doesn’t. Contacted the company, one person said I could get another one sent out but then I received another email after sending the photos where this person stated ‘there can be slight variations in fit due to the production process and the natural differences in the knit.’ At $54 for a beanie, they better damn well be the same size & fit.

Hi. I bought a beanie from you. Too small. Returned it following your policy and paid the postage and tracking out of my own pocket. Product has now been posted back to me. No explanation. I've e mailed you 3 times now with no response. You are really poor and I would advise people to avoid you at all costs

Bought this t-shirt because of some good marketing on IG. It was an error and I’ve learnt my lesson lol.

Upon trying to return it, they would not pay for the return. I understand this is their policy, but they do not make it clear and it is, frankly, standard in this age. It just shows what type of company they are.

Lastly, when I’d finally sent my tracked return out of my own pocket, they have provided 0 updates and 0 assurance that I will receive my money.

Untrustworthy and poor quality all round.

Quality of the loop wheel shirts is poor. And it’s made on china, instead made in Europe. It feels cheap and probably made cheap in china. Do not recommend

Absolutely terrible customer service. The like of which I have genuinely never experienced previously. Ordered 4 shirts and the items have not arrived. The CS response is to take it up with the local courier,although they entered into the contract with the courier not myself. Getting nowhere - so looks like I have to write off over €150. Awful company.

This company claim to be legit but actually they are anything but. Having. Ow read similar reviews about people trying to claim refunds it’s transparent that they operate in an underhand manner and good luck with trying to return anything you’ve ordered - I’m going to dispute with my credit card company!!!

Ordered two of the loop wheeled T shirts and extremely happy with the quality and the delivery time. At £36 they’re not cheap, but the quality is worth it in my opinion. Not my “everyday” but definitely my “go to” for a premium option.

Great venues and vintage caps. Non responsive customer service.
