Ordered two items and sent them back because I didn't like them. Items arrived after a couple days but weren't processed until 4 weeks later! I wrote multiple mails in the meantime, getting answers that the items were still not processed (and got asked for the tracking code every other time, although I had given it many times, paid 20€(!) extra for tracking and had the feeling that they were hoping to 'lose' my parcel in case I couldn't provide the code anymore). Got a refund after 5 weeks, but only for one item without a reason given. When I sent yet another mail, they said that only one item got returned, yet their original receipt listed both items as being refunded, with a random deduction of 45€. Since DHL doesn't provide the weight of packages on the receipt anymore, I can't prove this other than with the screenshot from their own email, saying that both items were being processed. Scamy & ridiculous, guess it's fine if you're lucky enough to keep your items.

Bought 3 items from them and wanted to return 1 item.
I sent the item back to the address they provided - a warehouse address in the Netherlands for it to be refused to be accepted. The item was then returned to me in the UK. I have not been refunded.

Passform absolut schlecht. Qualität nicht gut. Rückversand in die Niederlande muss selbst bezahlt werden. Kein Rücksendeschein mit Adresse im Paket. Für Rücksendung muss der miserable Kundenservice kontaktiert werden. Nach Anpassung der Klarna Zahlung kommen ständig Mails vom Service ob das Absicht war. Antworten zwecklos. FINGER WEG!

The Fisherman Beanies are a great fit. Although they are one size fits all, they are made from a stretchy fabric that expands to fit your particular head size. I'm bald and dont like scratchy fabrics, but these are made from a really soft and comfortable material. I like them so much that I have bought 6 in total so far in different colours.
All orders arrived in 3 days which is standard when shipping from Europe to the UK. Cant speak on customer service or returns as I haven't needed it. Based on my experience so far, I'd recommend the Fisherman Beanies.

The beanie hats themselves are ok. Not the best but certainly not the worst. But at almost £30 I would expect better. The issue however, if the refund policy, they expect you to send them item back tracked to the Netherlands and fromthe UK thats roughly about £8.50. So they expect you to pay almost 30% of your own money to return an item you wernt satifiued with. I think this isnt a great way to do business.

Here's a synopsis of my interaction with Raised By Society: I placed an order on December 26, received order confirmation that said: "Standard Shipping (4-7 business days) *expect a delay due to holiday season"13 days after I placed the order, the item's tracking number showed that it has still not even left CA-I'm in Oregon. Shipping to me from CA normally takes 3 days. On Jan 8 I sent requesting a refund because it hadn't even shipped. Rep asked me to wait two more days. Nothing changed. On Jan 16 I sent a second email requesting a refund. Again rep refused. Another rep messaged me after I left a one star review and asked for me to wait until Jan 23rd and they would "reship. Today is the 23rd and the package tracking shows no movement since the 9th. I contested the charge with my card company.$57 for a single hat I have to wait almost a month for? Terrible service. Get a new ship carrier.

Dismal customer service. Their system erased part of the shipping address after my order was placed. I contacted customer service seven times to ask them to change the address – no response. A total rip-off. Don't trust them. I've been robbed by these grifters.

Mütze sah online sehr hochwertig aus. Besteht aber 100% aus Plastik. Passform ist okay aber auch nicht so wie auf Bildern. Farbe leuchtet auch nicht so.

Har ventet flere uger på pakken og får bare at vide den er lidt forsinket.. træls.

Item was purchased through a UK ad and on arrival I requested a return as fit was too boxy compared to pictures shown. Quite normal except they're based in the Netherlands. Not only do they require tracked international outbound and return postage to be born by customer, they also expect me to indemnify them for customs charges which a correctly formatted standard return template would bypass. They have no interest in returns and while their customer support was polite and agreed all my points were valid, they have stopped responding when I've pointed out I may be receiving only half of my purchase price for returning a pair of unworn t-shirts. They acknowledged their ads appear to be local, they know they're doing wrong by UK customers by requiring international returns and they're not doing anything to correct it. Avoid.

I wore a fisherman's beanie for a casual outing with friends, and everyone asked where I got it. The knit feels premium, and it stayed comfortable even after hours of wear. Loved it!

Bei der Bestellung in die Schweiz sind bei einem Wahrenwert von knapp 80.- Zollegühren von gut 20.- angefallen. Bei der Bestellung im Webshop gab es keine indizien, dass es kein CH Shop ist, und schon gar nicht, dass weitere Gebühren anfallen. Bei der entsprechenden Meldung beim Kundendienst hiess es, sie können da nichts tun.

I bought the beanie. The quality of the fabric is terrible! Strong on insta, horrible at customer service and product quality. Stay far away from this guys!

Great products, but pathetic delivery turn-around and customer service. For those reasons, I will not reorder from Raisedbysociety.

Habe zwei Artikel zurückgesendet (Rückversand in die Niederlande muss selbst gezahlt werden) und angeblich ist nur einer bei ihnen angekommen. Von Kulanz und entgegen kommen keine Spur, es wurde nur eine Artikel erstattet. Die größte Frechheit war, als sie um einen Beleg gebeten haben auf dem stehe, dass in meinem Rücksendungspaket zwei Artikel waren. Absolute Frechheit. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

I picked up a fisherman's beanie from RBS, and I love it. It fits well, the color is spot on, and the texture is soft but structured. Feels worthy of the price.

dont buy here if you expect to receive quality goods or be able to return products you dont like. you have to ship to the Netherlands. Here is the procedure so you know before ordering (its a hassle)

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

1. if it’s not a fit, you have 14 days to return your unworn items. All original packaging,
price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered
with. The costs incurred for returning an item are at customers' own costs*.
2. The item must be returned with a trackable shipment service.
3. If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have
proof of shipment.
4. When returning goods, make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is
clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. Any import taxes will be
deducted from the refund.
5. Write down the order number and your e-mail in the sheet provided in the next
page and put it inside the package.

Never received the item. Delivery said unable which is very very odd. Was returned but I was never notified.👎🏻

I did not receive my package and appealed to Paypal, They said I had to have a file, an image or document which PROVES I did not get it. How do you do that? A picture of an empty porch? So wrong. I am out $39 and once again, the seller prevails.

Bought two hats which came to £49 and then £8 for shipping. Delivery was fine. However the hats l are cheap, poor quality that are worth no more than £5/10 max. I wanted to return but is down to me to pay to export ship them back. Don't waste your money on there beanie hats. Can't say about any other products.
