Great selections... Prices are high... get same items in stadium for cheaper!!

The before the visit phone call to the store was truly HELPFUL, unlike the 3 stores in Kansas City when I called and only got automated responses that did not answer my question. When I called the Manhattan store, the young man was friendly and even went to check the racks to see if there indeed shirts in the small sizes I needed it. Then the next day when I was in the store, I met the young man that was on the phone and told him how much I appreciated him. He even helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even did the purchase transaction.

First the good:
1) Great employees
2) Amazing selection
3) Convenient locations
4) Easy purchases and returns
Now the not so good:
1) Prices - OUCH! Very expensive
2) Stores are a mess. You will find a top you like and then good luck trying to find more of them because it was in the wrong spot or they are all over
3) Way more men's clothing than women's. Would love to see more options for the ladies.

So all in all - do I go there? Yes. Do I buy a lot? No.

As soon as I stepped into the Rally store, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The young man helped me immediately with an item I was looking for. He was friendly and willing to assist me at once. I like Rally because of the the availability of items. They are always willing to place a special order from another Rally store, if an item might be sold out. Thank you Rally for a great experience. had to take back a t-shirt that was the wrong size that another local store got wrong, but there was no problems here! everything went smooth! I do agree with what the one poster said on here the prices are outrageous...

The cashier don’t listen to me I was a member already in the system took me saying it like 6 times. Then instead of folding the sweatshirt he just shoved it into the bag .
Spending $75 would hope they take a little care

2 sales clerks more interested in talking to each other than in helping me.
I went to counter and asked one of them if they had sweatshirt I liked in gray, and she said no without even looking - I did find it in gray on my own.
Good quality sweatshirts at competitive price.

Theresa was great! There was an issue with my online order and she rectified it promptly.
The selection in the store is great! They have a lot of options for everyone and for all of the STL sports we love!

I like the product and choices but the prices are just too high. I would have bought so much more if prices were just lower.

We did a return of an online order at the Fenton store and that went fine. We then went to the Des Peres store looking for that item in a different size. I don't know the associate's name but he was most helpful in checking inventory and then calling the Chesterfield store which had what we wanted and had them set one aside for us. We then went to Chesterfield and bought it.

Everyone is always greeting you when come in the door. They always are very nice and friendly , also ask you if you need help, everything is clean.

I ordered 3 items, late in the Christmas season. Two of the items arrived per the time frame Rally House stated on the order receipt. The third item didn't and I reached out immediately. Not only did Rally House respond to my every frantic email, they replaced the item, even though their records reflected a delivery of the hat.
I will forever be a Rally House customer, in the stores and online.

Such a great selection and nice quality, but it is way over priced. It’s too bad it can’t be more in line with normal pricing. I can’t imagine college students could afford to shop there.

Next to Wegmans, my grocery store, the rally house is my second favorite store in the entire universe. The selection, the quality of people that work there just absolutely tremendous customer service and wide selection. Besides all the Eagles stuff, to our Phillies, even to my local Al Mayer West Chester University always has something for me to purchase as I always walk out with a big smile on my face.

We enjoyed our interaction with the sales associate, he gets 5 stars.
On the down side we felt the store had too much merchandise squeezed on the sales floor. No room to move around easy and hard to see all of the stocked items. Almost claustrophobic.
We were used to Goldy's. I was always able to find an embroidered MN Softball hooded sweatshirt as they made things right there in the store. We felt the merchandise was not as nice and much cheaper feeling. The merchandise gets a 1 star rating.

That cashier made my experience very simple for a return. She had a great personality and made the transaction very quickly.

Lots of great gear, a little pricey, but lots of choices. Always nice workers, especially the manager, and check out is fast.

Worst experience I've ever had ordering something bought a shirt December 6th and hat paid for the 3 day shipping the shirt just shipped today after 25 days and that hat is still processing pos of a company can't bribe j gave the my money
