Needed to exchange an item for size. Gave the cashier the gift receipt and she proceeded to just refund the amount to the credit card. Didn't ask me anything. So the gift went back to the purchaser and I was left with nothing. Try training your employees to use their brains please.

I stopped in to exchange a shirt for a different size. The young man who helped me was friendly and helped me with a smile on his face.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Lots of selection to choose from. I always find what I want or need.

Customer service is great. I was able to exchange an item with ease. Only issue with the store is there is no University of Michigan merchandise.

I have bought in store at Rally House for years! Love the selection of merchandise. Recently had to place an online order. By far the worst online ordering process ever. Customer service phone system is impossible to navigate, had to call and deal with the system more than once just to get my item shipped. Won't be placing anymore online purchases with Rally House again. Get it together Rally House!

I always have fun coming into this store. The employees are always so friendly and helpful! I usually find what I am looking for, they have my size and sometimes I find something incredible that I wasn’t even looking for!

We traveled for cowboys gear and were very pleased with the quality and selection. The young woman seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for and where to find it. Spent what we expected but the staff was great. She also helped us pick the correct size though her body was different her suggestion was perfect. Wish we caught her name but her vibe was awesome. From these chief's fans we thank you!

Erin at the Providence Town Center was fantastic. She took her time helping me with a gift idea and making sure I could find exactly what I was looking for. This is not the first time Erin has been particularly helpful and friendly. Peter, another employee on staff, was also very friendly and welcoming.

Not only was a simple process, but this may have been the friendliest cashier I have ever had in my life. The associate was young and extremely pleasant to deal with. I think her name was Madison.

I bought a Chief shirt for my son for Christmas. I bought the wrong size. The ladies at the Legends Rally store were very considerate and helped him exchange it. Thankfully I had ordered it online so they could see the purchase. They were really nice about it.

I have been very impressed with this store. It is always fully staffed. Staff all greet you with a smile and friendly welcome and throughout the store they ask if they can help you find anything. They all appear to love their job and are happy to be there which says a lot about a company and how employees are treated.

I had to return a sweatshirt because it kept pilling, and they were very nice to let me exchange it for another different one!

I placed an order on 12/08/25. One of the shirts I ordered was delivered in a few days while the other was not given a delivery status. There was no mention of it being out of stock. Communication is horrible and they finally gave me an update after I mentioned refund. I waited it out and it was finally delivered 12/24/25 an hour before my brother was leaving to go out of town. I will never order from them again.

Went in before Christmas and everything was at ridiculous prices. On top of that the quality was questionable. I was cutting loose threads off so I wasn't embarrassed when they opened it. Looked online and found the same items for half price. Don't think Ill return

Came in to purchase a Lions jersey.I had asked where it was located and was walked by an employee right to it in the size I needed. Great service. Made the perfect Christmas gift ! Quick and easy. Evelyn was my cashier on 12-24-25 / 9:55 AM super friendly, polite, and full of energy with a smile! Great experience for my first time there.

I had to return 2 items today the day after Christmas and Marianna waiting on me and she was amazing. She found another store where items are now gonna be shipped directly to me .
