Would remove the 'Rapid' from name
First order missing parts and long delivery time. Second order UK to UK took 10 days. The parts ordered are ok but i would definitely say nothing rapid about the delivery.

You stop and wonder when you come across a supplier on the web advertising that has really good prices and states it offers a service you really want, well no more wondering as thats what i got from 'Rapid Metals' far exceeded my expectations, i expect to be purchasing most of my needs from here now, especially s the delivery was spot on too by using a reliable courier company.

Spot on service for me
The website is easy to navigate to find just what you want, you can order as much or as little as you require, and it is always cut just as you ordered. Notified when ready to collect, price is very competitive, and the guys at Redditch are always a pleasure to deal with. Spot on service for me.
