Duplicate payment taken and no refund issued
I was asked to make a second payment after the company said my original payment hadn’t gone through. Both payments were later taken (10 and 11 June), and they confirmed I would receive a refund for the duplicate.
Despite emailing several times & calling on 22 June — when they assured me the refund would be processed — no refund has been issued. Further emails and calls have gone unanswered.
A disappointing lack of communication and resolution.
