I placed the order from Italy on March 2nd and received it on March 14th.
The quality of the brushes is excellent. The only flaw is the shipping: spending €20 for shipping and an additional €20 on delivery (without notice) was not pleasant.

You placed your order on Saturday 2nd March, this was posted
Monday 4th March which took 8 working days (excluding weekends) too get to your address. This is the actual estimated delivery date as advertised by the Royal Mail for international post.
Concerning the cost of shipping this is what the Royal Mail charges for international shipping. Unfortunately! The additional 20 euros custom charges you paid this is out of Rapid Waves control.
We are grateful for the positive feedback about the quality of our brushes thank you.

Not satisfied
Durag never stays on my head while asleep not worth the £9 the shampoo bar broke first time I used it and the wave cream doesn’t really seem to be improving my waves in the slightest I don’t recommend rapidwavebrushes

The cost of the Durag is for the quality of the Durag. The fact that the Durag does not stay on your head is because you did not tie the Durag securely around your forehead. If you need help with the best way on how to tie a Durag please search YouTube which shows numerous videos on how to tie a durag.
The Wave Cream which you bought was the Wave and Curl Butter this product is mainly for moisture and to hydrate ur waves. If u need to lay your waves down more, you need to use the Pomade as this is a thicker product which will lay your waves down after brushing for at least 1 hour a day consistently.

This is the 2nd time you bought from us and give us a 1 star review about your post being 2 weeks late, which on both occasions we explained that your post isn't 2 weeks late the Royal Mail advertises on their website they aim to deliver worldwide post between 5-7 working days. WORKING DAYS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE WEEKEND THEREFORE, WHEN YOU CHECKING HOW MUCH DAYS YOUR POST TOOK TO ARRIVE, DO NOT COUNT THE WEEKEND AS PART OF THIS.
1) You place your order on the 24th July
2) Order was posted 25 July
3) You received your order 4th August
4) This does not equate to 2 weeks
5) Now let's check this
6) From 25th July - 4th August = 9 working days (excluding the weekend)
7) Your package was then late by 2 days
8) When one post an item the Postal company gives us an estimated time of arrival which is not guaranteed, therefore this is entirely out of our control.
You also mentioned the postage cost this is what the Royal Mail charges for international post.
