We apologize for the less-than-ideal shopping experience. Our team has tracked the logistics and found that the order was placed on December 21st, and the package was signed for on December 31st. Color variation too much
The hair was very nice. The only reason I gave 3 stars is due to the VAST difference in the actual color of the wig. The picture on the site was a fabulous warm brown with subtle highlights. The actual wig was very dark with stark bright highlights. The customer service experience was very good and I was able to return easily.

Thank you for your feedback. Since the color of the wig is hand-dyed, there may be some differences in the color due to lighting conditions and variations in screen displays. Amazing quality and wonderful service.
Before I placed my order my questions were answered via whatsapp. I place my order and within days I received my package, the quality of the hair is high quality, the wig came beautifully packaged with a satin bag, wig caps, a wig grip and a wig stand. My wig was customised to fit my head, its a perfect fit. I honestly couldn't fault this company and will be placing another order with them soon.
